【摘要】：職業(yè)教育經(jīng)過(guò)多年的發(fā)展至今方興未艾，，無(wú)論是在外國(guó)還是國(guó)內(nèi)都是國(guó)家支持的產(chǎn)業(yè)，而且這是衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家現(xiàn)代化程度的重要標(biāo)志，是促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)發(fā)展和勞動(dòng)就業(yè)的重要途徑。發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明：技術(shù)進(jìn)步、技能型人才的培養(yǎng)、工業(yè)化水平的提高都與職業(yè)教育息息相關(guān)。 本文從現(xiàn)時(shí)代工業(yè)化進(jìn)入中期階段、城鎮(zhèn)化步伐加快、農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力大轉(zhuǎn)移的大環(huán)境下出發(fā)，首先描述了英國(guó)、美國(guó)、法國(guó)、德國(guó)的職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，對(duì)比我國(guó)職業(yè)教育存在的問(wèn)題，以及詳細(xì)分析了XD市地區(qū)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境。所有信息表明，雖然我國(guó)的職業(yè)教育得到長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展，但是地區(qū)失衡、企業(yè)用工短缺現(xiàn)象仍然存在，特別是應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)際家電和電子行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，在XD市投資職業(yè)培訓(xùn)是一個(gè)難得的商機(jī)。 為此，本文對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行定性和定量分析。從市場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)到融資決策、投資評(píng)價(jià)，包括投資成本、盈利模式、校舍投資模型分析、到融資渠道分析、融資結(jié)構(gòu)的確定、盈虧平衡分析、杠桿系數(shù)分析、投資回收期分析、敏感性分析等等。最后針對(duì)投資的不確定性，列舉了存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和給出了應(yīng)對(duì)策略。所有分析表明本項(xiàng)目的投資是可行的。
[Abstract]:After years of development, vocational education is still in the ascendant. Both in foreign and domestic countries, vocational education is an industry supported by the state. Moreover, it is an important symbol to measure the degree of modernization of a country and to promote the economy. The important way of social development and labor employment. The experience of developed countries shows that technological progress, the cultivation of skilled personnel and the improvement of industrialization level are closely related to vocational education. Under the circumstances of the industrialization in the present age, the acceleration of urbanization and the great transfer of rural labor force, this paper first describes the development of vocational education in Britain, the United States, France and Germany. This paper compares the problems existing in vocational education in China, and analyzes in detail the political, economic, cultural and competitive environment of XD. All the information shows that, although vocational education in our country has made great progress, the regional imbalance and the shortage of enterprises still exist, especially in the light of the rapid development of the international household appliances and electronics industries. Investing in vocational training in XD is a rare opportunity. Therefore, this article carries on the qualitative and the quantitative analysis to the item. From market project design to financing decision, investment evaluation, including investment cost, profit model, school building investment model analysis, financing channel analysis, financing structure determination, profit and loss balance analysis, leverage coefficient analysis, investment payback period analysis, Sensitivity analysis, etc. Finally, aiming at the uncertainty of investment, the paper enumerates the existing risks and gives the countermeasures. All the analyses show that the investment of this project is feasible.
