高職人才培養(yǎng)的新策略:基于“現(xiàn)場(chǎng)課堂”的探索與實(shí)踐

【摘要】:以工程管理類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)為例,分析了以合作企業(yè)為依托、以施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)為平臺(tái)、以工程項(xiàng)目為載體,建成工學(xué)教研于一體的"現(xiàn)場(chǎng)課堂"的背景;提出了"現(xiàn)場(chǎng)課堂"的建設(shè)思路,明確了"現(xiàn)場(chǎng)課堂"的建設(shè)目標(biāo)定位和對(duì)象選擇原則;從多元共建、平臺(tái)搭建、功能復(fù)合、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)引領(lǐng)和交替運(yùn)行等5個(gè)方面,闡述了"現(xiàn)場(chǎng)課堂"的運(yùn)行模式,介紹了"現(xiàn)場(chǎng)課堂"的實(shí)踐成效。
[Abstract]:Taking the specialty of engineering management as an example, this paper analyzes the background of "on-site classroom", which is based on the cooperative enterprise, based on the construction site, and based on the engineering project as the carrier. This paper puts forward the train of thought of the construction of "on-site classroom", and clarifies the orientation of construction goal and the principle of object selection of "on-site classroom". This paper expounds the operation mode of "on-site classroom" and introduces the practical effect of "on-site classroom" from five aspects: plural co-construction, platform construction, functional compound, standard guidance and alternate operation.
