【摘要】：現(xiàn)代世界職業(yè)教育發(fā)展經(jīng)驗表明，要構(gòu)建起規(guī)范高效、充滿活力的職業(yè)教育體系，必須加強職業(yè)教育立法，建構(gòu)完善的職業(yè)教育法律體系，為職業(yè)教育提供寬廣有序的發(fā)展空間。沒有職業(yè)教育的立法，就沒有職業(yè)教育的健康、持續(xù)發(fā)展。 《中華人民共和國職業(yè)教育法》頒布實施以來，職業(yè)教育取得了飛速發(fā)展，為我國職業(yè)教育的改革和發(fā)展起到了一定的保駕護(hù)航作用，是我國職業(yè)教育改革發(fā)展史上一個重要的里程碑。隨著職業(yè)教育發(fā)展形勢的變化，《職業(yè)教育法》在貫徹執(zhí)行過程中出現(xiàn)了不少“現(xiàn)實無奈”。職業(yè)教育改革與發(fā)展中存在著一些亟待從法律層面研究解決的問題，需要對我國職業(yè)教育法的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行徹底的反思。我國職業(yè)教育法的內(nèi)容改進(jìn)研究是一個具有重大理論意義和實踐價值的課題。本論文主要分為五章： 第一章，引言。說明本論文的研究緣起、研究目的、研究內(nèi)容、文獻(xiàn)綜述、研究意義和研究方法。 第二章，我國職業(yè)教育法內(nèi)容改進(jìn)的概念研究。探討職業(yè)教育法、職業(yè)教育法內(nèi)容分析、職業(yè)教育法的內(nèi)容改進(jìn)研究三個概念，，闡釋它們的質(zhì)的規(guī)定性和基本范疇。 第三章，我國職業(yè)教育法內(nèi)容改進(jìn)研究的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)構(gòu)建。通過理論分析和事實分析構(gòu)建我國職業(yè)教育法內(nèi)容改進(jìn)的分析標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，為我國職業(yè)教育法的內(nèi)容改進(jìn)分析提供依據(jù)。 第四章，我國職業(yè)教育法的內(nèi)容改進(jìn)分析。依據(jù)所構(gòu)建的具體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對《職業(yè)教育法（修訂草案）》的結(jié)構(gòu)體系和具體內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分析，探討其中存在的問題及原因。 第五章，我國職業(yè)教育法的修改意見。針對《職業(yè)教育法（修訂草案）》中存在的問題，提出相應(yīng)的修改意見。
[Abstract]:The experience of the development of vocational education in the modern world shows that in order to construct a standardized and efficient vocational education system full of vitality, we must strengthen the legislation of vocational education and construct a perfect legal system of vocational education. To provide broad and orderly development space for vocational education. Without the legislation of vocational education, there will be no healthy and sustainable development of vocational education. Since the promulgation and implementation of the Vocational Education Law of the people's Republic of China, vocational education has made rapid progress, which has played a role in safeguarding the reform and development of vocational education in China. It is an important milestone in the history of vocational education reform in China. With the development of vocational education, there are a lot of "realistic helplessness" in the implementation of Vocational Education Law. There are some problems in the reform and development of vocational education that need to be studied and solved from the legal level, so it is necessary to thoroughly reflect on the contents of the vocational education law in our country. The research on the content improvement of vocational education law in China is of great theoretical significance and practical value. This paper is divided into five chapters: chapter one, introduction. Explain the origin, purpose, content, literature review, significance and research method of this paper. The second chapter, the concept research of the content improvement of the vocational education law of our country. This paper discusses the three concepts of vocational education law, vocational education law content analysis and vocational education law content improvement research, and explains their qualitative definition and basic category. The third chapter, the standard construction of the content improvement research of the vocational education law of our country. Through the theoretical analysis and the fact analysis, the author constructs the analysis standard of the content improvement of the vocational education law of our country, and provides the basis for the content improvement analysis of the vocational education law of our country. The fourth chapter, the content improvement analysis of the vocational education law of our country. The structural system and concrete contents of the Vocational Education Law (revised draft) are analyzed according to the specific standards constructed, and the existing problems and reasons are discussed. The fifth chapter, our country occupation education law revision opinion. In view of the problems existing in the Vocational Education Law (revised draft), the author puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
