【摘要】：文章首先分析了高職院校生源變化的現(xiàn)狀,然后闡述了生源變化給高職可持續(xù)發(fā)展帶來(lái)的挑戰(zhàn),最后提出了生源變化背景下高職教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展策略:確立以人為本的理念,以可持續(xù)發(fā)展思想指導(dǎo)高職院校建設(shè);創(chuàng)新高職招生形式,推動(dòng)人才培養(yǎng)"立交橋"格局的形成;加快經(jīng)費(fèi)管理改革,創(chuàng)造良好的外部生存和發(fā)展環(huán)境;加強(qiáng)內(nèi)涵建設(shè),提升自身的綜合實(shí)力和核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:This paper first analyzes the current situation of student resource change in higher vocational colleges, then expounds the challenges brought by the change of student resource to the sustainable development of higher vocational education, and finally puts forward the sustainable development strategy of higher vocational education under the background of student source change: establishing the concept of "people-oriented". Guiding the construction of higher vocational colleges with the idea of sustainable development, innovating the form of enrollment in higher vocational colleges, promoting the formation of "overpass" pattern of talent training, speeding up the reform of fund management, creating a good external survival and development environment, strengthening the construction of connotation, Improve their comprehensive strength and core competitiveness.
