【摘要】：為梳理我國高職教師能力素質(zhì)研究的現(xiàn)狀,采用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量和CiteSpace分析方法,從文獻(xiàn)發(fā)表時(shí)間、研究熱點(diǎn)、研究方法、文獻(xiàn)作者及所屬機(jī)構(gòu)、發(fā)表期刊、文獻(xiàn)引用頻次及受資助情況等六個(gè)維度對(duì)有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分類統(tǒng)計(jì)和比較分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):高職教師能力素質(zhì)研究逐漸受到重視并于2007年之后得到快速發(fā)展;教師的教學(xué)能力、實(shí)踐能力、職業(yè)能力、科研能力和專業(yè)能力是主要研究內(nèi)容,雙師型教師和教師的雙師素質(zhì)是主要研究特色,青年教師是重點(diǎn)研究對(duì)象,培養(yǎng)途徑、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建構(gòu)和績效評(píng)價(jià)是主要研究應(yīng)用。但是還存在研究內(nèi)容有待拓展、實(shí)證研究有待加強(qiáng)、研究力量有待整合、研究質(zhì)量有待提升的不足。
[Abstract]:In order to comb the present situation of the research on the competence and quality of teachers in higher vocational education in China, this paper adopts the methods of literature metrology and CiteSpace analysis to publish periodicals from the time of publication, the research hotspot, the research methods, the authors of documents and their institutions. Literature citation frequency and funded status of six dimensions to the literature classification statistics and comparative analysis. It is found that the research on teachers' competence and quality has been paid more and more attention to and developed rapidly after 2007, and teachers' teaching ability, practical ability, professional ability, scientific research ability and professional ability are the main contents of the research. The quality of double teachers and teachers are the main characteristics of the research, young teachers are the key research object, training ways, standard construction and performance evaluation are the main research applications. However, there are still some shortcomings, such as research content to be expanded, empirical research to be strengthened, research strength to be integrated, and research quality to be improved.
