【摘要】："校企共同體"是指企業(yè)與職業(yè)院校兩個(gè)主體之間以協(xié)議形式締約建設(shè)的校企合作的新型組織形式,是從宏觀角度對(duì)校企合作的各個(gè)微觀層面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)化管理的一個(gè)創(chuàng)新型實(shí)體,是構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代職教體系背景下校企合作的一次創(chuàng)新。文章分析了校企共同體人才培養(yǎng)模式提出的背景及其內(nèi)涵,以南通航運(yùn)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院"海上教學(xué)工廠"和"高端海事人才培養(yǎng)基地"兩個(gè)典型案例,介紹了"校企共同體"機(jī)制創(chuàng)新的具體舉措,并對(duì)校企共同體的難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了思考,以期為我國(guó)校企合作實(shí)踐提供理論支撐和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:"School-Enterprise Community" refers to a new type of organization of cooperation between enterprises and vocational colleges, which is built by agreement. It is an innovative entity that systematically manages the cooperation between schools and enterprises from the macroscopic angle, and it is also an innovation of the cooperation between schools and enterprises under the background of constructing the modern vocational education system. This paper analyzes the background and connotation of the training mode of talents in the community of colleges and enterprises, and takes two typical cases of "Marine Teaching Factory" and "High-end Marine Talent training Base" in Nantong Maritime Vocational and Technical College as typical cases. This paper introduces the concrete measures of the innovation of the mechanism of the "school-enterprise community", and thinks about the difficulties of the school-enterprise community in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the practice of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise in our country.
