民國(guó)時(shí)期湖北中等職業(yè)教育研究(1927-1937)

【摘要】:綜合國(guó)力評(píng)判的重要依據(jù)之一就是經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的強(qiáng)弱,而經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需要一批高素質(zhì)的技術(shù)人才,這就為培養(yǎng)技術(shù)人才的職業(yè)教育發(fā)展提出了新的要求。在特定歷史條件下,民國(guó)時(shí)期的職業(yè)教育成為發(fā)展實(shí)業(yè)、富國(guó)裕民的重要途徑。湖北作為我國(guó)中部大省,由于歷史綜合原因,民國(guó)時(shí)期卻經(jīng)濟(jì)凋零,自然災(zāi)害頻生,為恢復(fù)生產(chǎn)、發(fā)展民生,當(dāng)時(shí)湖北省響應(yīng)南京國(guó)民政府政策大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育。中等職業(yè)教育作為職業(yè)教育體系的主要組成部分,在當(dāng)時(shí)的社會(huì)背景下有著不可替代的作用。通過(guò)對(duì)1927—1937年湖北省中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展概況的梳理與剖析,找尋歷史發(fā)展的脈絡(luò),希望給當(dāng)今我國(guó)中等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展帶來(lái)一些啟示與借鑒。本文共分為四個(gè)部分:首先,從清末民初湖北中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)、職業(yè)教育思潮的影響、湖北經(jīng)濟(jì)的牽引三個(gè)方面簡(jiǎn)述了民國(guó)湖北中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的歷史背景。其次,從數(shù)量上、政策上梳理了 1927—1937年湖北中等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展與變遷,并通過(guò)個(gè)案說(shuō)明展現(xiàn)了當(dāng)時(shí)湖北中等職業(yè)教育的概況。再次,從招生、課程設(shè)置、師資建設(shè)、教育經(jīng)費(fèi)、實(shí)習(xí)、就業(yè)六個(gè)方面具體論述了當(dāng)時(shí)湖北中等職業(yè)教育的實(shí)施面貌。最后,簡(jiǎn)要分析民國(guó)時(shí)期湖北中等職業(yè)教育的歷史作用,根據(jù)其經(jīng)驗(yàn)和不足總結(jié)出對(duì)當(dāng)今中等職業(yè)教育的啟示。
[Abstract]:One of the important bases for judging the comprehensive national strength is the strength of the economic strength, and the economic development needs a group of high-quality technical talents, which puts forward new requirements for the development of vocational education for the cultivation of technical talents. Under certain historical conditions, vocational education in the Republic of China became an important way to develop industry and enrich the people. Hubei Province is a big province in the central part of our country. Because of the comprehensive historical reasons, the economy of the Republic of China was withered, and natural disasters occurred frequently. In order to resume production and develop the people's livelihood, Hubei Province, in response to the policy of Nanjing National Government, vigorously developed vocational education at that time. As the main component of vocational education system, secondary vocational education played an irreplaceable role in the social background at that time. By combing and analyzing the development of secondary vocational education in Hubei Province from 1927 to 1937, the author tries to find out the historical development, hoping to bring some enlightenment and reference to the development of secondary vocational education in our country. This article is divided into four parts: first, from the late Qing Dynasty to the early Republic of China Hubei secondary vocational education development basis, vocational education trend of thought, Hubei economic traction of three aspects of the development of secondary vocational education in the Republic of China briefly described the historical background of the development of secondary vocational education. Secondly, in terms of quantity, the paper combs the development and changes of Hubei secondary vocational education from 1927 to 1937, and shows the general situation of Hubei secondary vocational education by case study. Thirdly, from the enrollment, curriculum, teacher construction, education funds, practice, employment six aspects of the implementation of secondary vocational education in Hubei at that time was discussed in detail. Finally, this paper briefly analyzes the historical role of secondary vocational education in Hubei during the period of the Republic of China, and sums up the enlightenment to the current secondary vocational education according to its experience and deficiency.
