SVCCI學(xué)生課程滿意度測評研究及提升策略

【摘要】:隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,高等職業(yè)教育也實現(xiàn)了跨越式的發(fā)展,但是高等職業(yè)教育的社會認(rèn)可度卻在逐年降低。由于擴(kuò)招所引起的高職教育質(zhì)量下降問題,培養(yǎng)的學(xué)生與社會生產(chǎn)發(fā)展的人才需求不匹配問題,生源市場競爭激烈等問題都使得高職院校的發(fā)展面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。提高教育質(zhì)量,培養(yǎng)與社會需求相匹配的專業(yè)技能人才,是高職院校以及社會各界共同關(guān)注的問題。解決上述問題的關(guān)鍵在于密切結(jié)合社會生產(chǎn)人才的直接需求,改革高職課程結(jié)構(gòu),提高課程質(zhì)量,將學(xué)和用真正地結(jié)合起來。研究學(xué)生的課程滿意度對提高教育質(zhì)量,滿足社會需具有重要意義。本研究在參考國內(nèi)外關(guān)于學(xué)生滿意度調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,利用顧客滿意度理論,結(jié)合高職教育的特點,設(shè)計了SVCCI高職學(xué)生課程滿意度調(diào)查量表,并利用SPSS23.0對調(diào)查研究數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計和分析。同時,計算了SVCCI高職學(xué)生課程滿意度各因素層面的滿意度指數(shù),分析了性別、年級、生源地等個人變量對學(xué)生課程滿意度的影響,經(jīng)過分析研究得出以下結(jié)論:(1)SVCCI高職學(xué)生課程滿意度在整體上處于比較滿意到非常滿意區(qū)間的學(xué)生占到了調(diào)查學(xué)生人數(shù)的56.4%;有61.3%的學(xué)生愿意推薦其他人到學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)。(2)在對論文中涉及的課程滿意度各測評中,六個因素層面的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化回歸系數(shù)分別為:課程體系(0.193)、課程管理(0.262)、課程資源(0.123)、教師教學(xué)(0.182)、學(xué)習(xí)認(rèn)知(0.197)、學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境(0.178),說明六個層面對課程滿意度的影響都具有顯著性,且是正向的,其中課程管理與學(xué)習(xí)認(rèn)知對學(xué)生課程滿意度的影響較大。(3)學(xué)生的性別、性格特征、生源地在整體課程滿意度的評價不具有顯著性影響。而年級、專業(yè)類別、學(xué)生類別、上課態(tài)度、課后投入時間在整體課程滿意度的評價上有顯著性的影響。(4)通過線性回歸對假設(shè)模型進(jìn)行驗證發(fā)現(xiàn),學(xué)生課程滿意度對學(xué)生的情感忠誠度的影響是正向的,且標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化回歸系數(shù)值達(dá)到了0.371,說明學(xué)生課程滿意度對學(xué)生的情感忠誠度的影響較大。建議高職院校應(yīng)該從改革課程體系、強(qiáng)化課程管理、完善課程資源、加強(qiáng)學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)等方面來提高學(xué)生課程滿意度。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, higher vocational education has also realized the development by leaps and bounds, but the social recognition of higher vocational education is decreasing year by year. Due to the decline of the quality of higher vocational education caused by the expansion of enrollment, the problem of the mismatch between the trained students and the demand for talents in the development of social production, and the fierce competition in the market of students, the development of higher vocational colleges is faced with enormous challenges. It is a common concern of higher vocational colleges and all walks of life to improve the quality of education and to train professional and skilled personnel in line with the needs of the society. The key to solve the above problems lies in closely combining the direct demand of social productive personnel, reforming the structure of higher vocational courses, improving the quality of courses, combining learning with real. It is of great significance to study the students' satisfaction degree to improve the quality of education and meet the needs of the society. Based on the investigation of student satisfaction at home and abroad and the theory of customer satisfaction and the characteristics of higher vocational education, this study designed the scale of curriculum satisfaction of SVCCI higher vocational students. And use SPSS23.0 to carry on the statistics and analysis to the investigation and research data. At the same time, the author calculates the satisfaction index of SVCCI higher vocational students' curriculum satisfaction, and analyzes the influence of gender, grade, student origin and other personal variables on the students' curriculum satisfaction. The conclusions are as follows: (1) 56.4% of the total number of students surveyed are satisfied with the SVCCI higher vocational students' curriculum satisfaction, and 61.3% of the students are willing to recommend others to study in school. (2) in the evaluation of curriculum satisfaction, The standardized regression coefficients of six factors are: curriculum system (0.193), curriculum management (0.262), curriculum resources (0.123), teacher teaching (0.182), learning cognition (0.197), learning environment (0.178). Among them, curriculum management and learning cognition have great influence on students' curriculum satisfaction. (3) students' gender, personality and students' origin have no significant influence on the evaluation of overall curriculum satisfaction. However, grade, major category, student category, attitude to class and time spent after class have significant effects on the evaluation of overall curriculum satisfaction. (4) the hypothesis model is verified by linear regression. The effect of curriculum satisfaction on students' emotional loyalty is positive, and the standardized regression coefficient is 0.371, which indicates that the influence of student curriculum satisfaction on students' emotional loyalty is greater. It is suggested that higher vocational colleges should improve the students' satisfaction from the aspects of reforming the curriculum system, strengthening the curriculum management, perfecting the curriculum resources and strengthening the construction of the style of study.
