【摘要】：高職學(xué)生是我國產(chǎn)業(yè)大軍的中堅力量，是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的重要人力資源。在當(dāng)前我國高職學(xué)生就業(yè)難的嚴(yán)峻形勢下，不斷提升高職學(xué)生就業(yè)的綜合競爭力，是提升高職教育吸引力，促進(jìn)我國人才資源結(jié)構(gòu)合理優(yōu)化的重點(diǎn)。目前，由于高職學(xué)生缺乏對自我職業(yè)生涯的合理定位以及對職業(yè)的準(zhǔn)確認(rèn)知，使多數(shù)高職學(xué)生在選擇專業(yè)及職業(yè)時存在著較大的主觀性和盲目性，導(dǎo)致就業(yè)滿意度低、離職率高等現(xiàn)象的出現(xiàn)。而科學(xué)合理的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃可以幫助高職學(xué)生尋求自身發(fā)展的最佳途徑，盡早地認(rèn)識自我，了解專業(yè)與職業(yè)，確立職業(yè)目標(biāo)和職業(yè)理想。同時，，實(shí)施職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育可有效地促進(jìn)高職院校的可持續(xù)發(fā)展以及社會穩(wěn)定。 本文從基礎(chǔ)理論、現(xiàn)狀分析和對策建議三方面對高職學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃問題進(jìn)行了研究，主要分為四部分：一是對研究背景及意義、研究現(xiàn)狀及方法、研究思路和框架等進(jìn)行了闡釋，并對本研究所采用職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃研究相關(guān)理論、職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃模式等進(jìn)行說明，提出了高職學(xué)生加強(qiáng)職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的重要性及必要性。二是在對秦皇島市四所高職院校學(xué)生的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析的基礎(chǔ)上，應(yīng)用SPSS統(tǒng)計軟件對相關(guān)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析，從生涯認(rèn)知、生涯決策、生涯行動和反饋調(diào)整四個維度對職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了客觀評價，清晰了性別、年級、專業(yè)、是否為學(xué)生干部、家庭居住地、父母受教育程度、家庭收入情況等方面的差異。三是根據(jù)調(diào)查和訪談結(jié)果，確定了目前秦皇島市高職學(xué)生在職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃方面存在的問題，并對職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的認(rèn)知、職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的導(dǎo)向、職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的支持和職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的環(huán)境等四方面進(jìn)行了深入剖析。四是基于社會、學(xué)校、家庭、學(xué)生等視角，提出了進(jìn)一步引導(dǎo)和完善高職學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational students are the backbone of China's industrial army and the important human resources of our country's economic and social development. Under the severe situation of the difficult employment of higher vocational students in our country, it is the key point to enhance the attraction of higher vocational education and to optimize the structure of talent resources in our country. At present, due to the lack of reasonable orientation of self-career and the accurate cognition of occupation, most vocational students have great subjectivity and blindness in choosing their major and profession, which leads to low employment satisfaction. The appearance of high turnover rates. Scientific and reasonable career planning can help vocational college students to find the best way to develop themselves, to know themselves as soon as possible, to understand the specialty and occupation, and to establish the professional goal and ideal. At the same time, the implementation of career planning education can effectively promote the sustainable development of vocational colleges and social stability. This article has carried on the research from the basic theory, the present situation analysis and the countermeasure suggestion three aspects to the higher vocational college student's career planning question, has mainly divided into four parts: first, to the research background and the significance, the research present situation and the method, The research ideas and framework are explained, and the related theories and models of career planning are explained, and the importance and necessity of strengthening career planning for higher vocational students are pointed out. Secondly, on the basis of the investigation and analysis of the present situation of career planning of the students in four vocational colleges in Qinhuangdao City, the author applies SPSS statistical software to analyze the relevant survey data, and analyzes the career cognition and career decision from the point of view of career cognition and career decision. The four dimensions of career action and feedback adjustment objectively evaluated the status quo of career planning and clarified the differences in gender, grade, specialty, whether student cadres, family residence, parents' education level, family income and so on. Thirdly, according to the results of the investigation and interview, the problems existing in the career planning of the vocational students in Qinhuangdao City are determined, and the cognition of the career planning and the orientation of the career planning are also discussed. The support of career planning and the environment of career planning are deeply analyzed. Fourth, based on the perspectives of society, school, family and students, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to guide and perfect the career planning of higher vocational students.
