【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,國家對教育事業(yè)的投入力度也逐步加大,職業(yè)院校的教職工待遇也得到了一定的提高,同時面對的誘惑也逐漸增多,職業(yè)院校的學生管理人員擔負著教育、管理和服務的各種責任,加強學生管理人員的廉政建設意義重大。然而,目前職業(yè)院校還存在很多思想認識不到位,責任落實不明確、體制建設不全以及監(jiān)管不力等問題。需要從制度建設、理論學習、自身修養(yǎng)、工作規(guī)范和紀檢職能五方面全面加強學生管理人員的廉政建設。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy, the national investment in education has been gradually increased, and the treatment of the teaching staff in vocational colleges has been improved to a certain extent, and the temptation to face is also gradually increasing. It is of great significance to strengthen the clean government construction of student management personnel in vocational colleges because of their various responsibilities of education, management and service. However, at present, there are still many problems in vocational colleges and universities, such as lack of ideological understanding, unclear implementation of responsibility, incomplete system construction and weak supervision and so on. It is necessary to strengthen the clean government construction of student management personnel from five aspects: system construction, theoretical study, self-cultivation, work standard and discipline inspection function.
