【摘要】：近年來,國家提出了"中國制造2025"戰(zhàn)略、培養(yǎng)有"工匠精神"的人才等新要求,在此背景下,技工院校加強(qiáng)德育工作的重要性更加凸顯。該文分析了技工院校德育工作面臨的瓶頸,倡導(dǎo)將滲透式的德育教育模式與課堂灌輸?shù)慕逃Ｊ较噍o相成,充分釋放滲透式教育的延伸拓展等價(jià)值作用,并針對德育工作存在的問題提出對策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the state has put forward the strategy of "made in China 2025" and trained the talents with "craftsman spirit". Under this background, the importance of strengthening moral education in technical colleges has become more prominent. This paper analyzes the bottleneck of moral education in technical colleges and universities, advocates that the permeable mode of moral education and the mode of education instilled in the classroom complement each other, and fully release the value function of the extension and expansion of permeable education. At the same time, some countermeasures are put forward in view of the problems existing in moral education.
