【摘要】：本文從養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展視角出發(fā),闡述廣西中醫(yī)學(xué)校通過(guò)政校聯(lián)手、產(chǎn)教融合的形式創(chuàng)建了集"養(yǎng)護(hù)醫(yī)"為一體的護(hù)理型養(yǎng)老服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)——廣西重陽(yáng)老年公寓,將學(xué)校教學(xué)、人才培養(yǎng)與服務(wù)社會(huì)有機(jī)結(jié)合,建成了集"教學(xué)、經(jīng)營(yíng)、培訓(xùn)、服務(wù)"四位一體的經(jīng)營(yíng)性、共享性、開放性的實(shí)體化老年護(hù)理實(shí)踐基地,深化教學(xué)過(guò)程和經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程的深度對(duì)接,形成相應(yīng)的支撐條件和運(yùn)行機(jī)制,提高了養(yǎng)老護(hù)理專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)效率,為護(hù)理專業(yè)適應(yīng)老齡化社會(huì)改革提供了重要方向。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of the development of the aged service industry, this paper expounds that Guangxi traditional Chinese medicine school, through the cooperation of government and school, establishes the nursing old-age service institution, Guangxi Chongyang apartment for the aged, which is integrated with "maintenance medicine" in the form of integration of production and teaching, and teaching the school. The combination of talent training and service to the society has set up the "teaching, management, training and service" of the four integrated management, sharing, open and substantive nursing practice base, deepening the teaching process and the deep docking of the management process. The corresponding supporting conditions and operation mechanism were formed, which improved the training efficiency of nursing professionals, and provided an important direction for nursing specialty to adapt to the reform of aging society.
