【摘要】：心理契約作為一種主觀的心理約定,存在于教學(xué)的主體與客體之間。文學(xué)鑒賞課程中的師生心理契約具有主觀性、內(nèi)隱性、變動性和非盈利性的特點。構(gòu)建文學(xué)鑒賞課程教學(xué)中的和諧心理契約需要構(gòu)建和諧的師生關(guān)系,教師要與學(xué)生實現(xiàn)心理相守以及從和諧心理的角度處理文本。
[Abstract]:As a subjective psychological agreement, psychological contract exists between the subject and object of teaching. The psychological contract between teachers and students in the course of literature appreciation is subjective, implicit, changeable and non-profit. The construction of harmonious psychological contract in the teaching of literature appreciation course requires the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship. Teachers should maintain their psychology with students and deal with the text from the perspective of harmonious psychology.
