【摘要】：我國高等職業(yè)院校的微觀教學(xué)組織——專業(yè)教研室的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能存在缺陷,導(dǎo)致我國高等職業(yè)教育不能很好地適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的需要。重構(gòu)我國高等職業(yè)院校微觀教學(xué)組織,以學(xué)校為主體、以企業(yè)為主導(dǎo)、校企共建工作室(或校中廠),拓展與優(yōu)化微觀教學(xué)組織的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能;將專業(yè)教研室、實(shí)訓(xùn)室、工作室三位一體,整合重構(gòu)新的微觀教學(xué)組織——專業(yè)教訓(xùn)中心。通過整合重構(gòu),原有教研室從一個(gè)傳統(tǒng)的以知識傳授為主的教學(xué)組織,轉(zhuǎn)變成為一個(gè)學(xué)做一體、產(chǎn)教融合、校企合作,能夠開展現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育多元參與治理的教學(xué)組織,實(shí)現(xiàn)了學(xué)校微觀教學(xué)組織結(jié)構(gòu)與功能及治理的轉(zhuǎn)型與變革。
[Abstract]:There are defects in the structure and function of the microcosmic teaching organization of higher vocational colleges in China, which leads to the inability of our higher vocational education to meet the needs of economic and social development. Reconstructing the microcosmic teaching organization of higher vocational colleges in our country, taking the school as the main body, taking the enterprise as the leading factor, constructing the workshop (or the factory in the school), expanding and optimizing the structure and function of the micro-teaching organization; Studio trinity, integration and reconstruction of the new micro-teaching organization-the center of professional lessons. Through the integration and reconstruction, the original teaching and research office has changed from a traditional teaching organization based on knowledge imparting to a teaching organization that can carry out the pluralistic participation in governance of modern vocational education, with the integration of learning and teaching, the integration of industry and teaching, and the cooperation of schools and enterprises. The transformation and reform of school micro-teaching organization structure and function and governance have been realized.
