【摘要】：在"大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新"的背景下,不斷提高大學生的創(chuàng)業(yè)能力,以創(chuàng)業(yè)促就業(yè)。大學生的創(chuàng)業(yè)行動源于創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿的形成,文章從實證分析的角度出發(fā),為大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)問題提供科學依據(jù)。基于陜西J高職院校184名在校大學生的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),從創(chuàng)業(yè)認知、創(chuàng)業(yè)意向、影響創(chuàng)業(yè)的人員因素、創(chuàng)業(yè)動機、創(chuàng)業(yè)阻礙因素等幾個方面分析大學生的創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿。通過采用問卷調(diào)查及數(shù)據(jù)分析方法,深入剖析高職學生的創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿,得出影響大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿的關(guān)鍵因素。在調(diào)查結(jié)果中顯示,高職學生創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿受"為其他可能的創(chuàng)業(yè)者提供支持、自己家庭有創(chuàng)業(yè)的文化傳統(tǒng)、為了向自己仰慕的創(chuàng)業(yè)者看齊"等因素的影響。最后,文章從建立全方位創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系、加強自主創(chuàng)業(yè)政策宣傳等提出建議,以期對高職院校開展創(chuàng)業(yè)教育提供實證依據(jù)和參考。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "Mass Entrepreneurship, numerous Innovation", college students' entrepreneurial ability is constantly improved to promote employment through entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurial behavior of college students originates from the formation of entrepreneurial willingness. This paper provides scientific basis for the entrepreneurial problems of college students from the perspective of empirical analysis. Based on the data of 184 college students in Shanxi J higher Vocational College, this paper analyzes the entrepreneurial intention of college students from the aspects of entrepreneurial cognition, entrepreneurial intention, factors affecting entrepreneurial personnel, entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial obstacles and other aspects. By using the method of questionnaire and data analysis, this paper deeply analyzes the students' willingness to start a business in higher vocational colleges, and obtains the key factors that affect the students' willingness to start a business. The results of the survey show that the entrepreneurial willingness of vocational college students is influenced by such factors as "providing support to other potential entrepreneurs, having a cultural tradition of entrepreneurship in their own families, and being in line with the entrepreneurs they admire". Finally, the article puts forward some suggestions from the establishment of all-round entrepreneurship education system and the promotion of independent entrepreneurship policy in order to provide an empirical basis and reference for the development of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.
