安徽省某校中高職護理專業(yè)學生就業(yè)意愿比較研究

【摘要】:研究背景隨著社會的發(fā)展進步,人口結構的改變,全社會老齡人口的普遍增加,人民群眾對于醫(yī)療服務的需求也在日益增加,各級醫(yī)院在護理人員的招聘、培養(yǎng)、使用方面也隨著社會需求的導向而有所調(diào)整,而醫(yī)學類職業(yè)院校在各高校普遍擴招的大背景下對護理專業(yè)的招生規(guī)模也有所擴大,而學生的就業(yè)也開始逐步成為學校招生的重要導向依據(jù)。為了進一步了解中高職護理專業(yè)學生就業(yè)意愿并分析相關因素對擇業(yè)意向的影響,以便發(fā)現(xiàn)中高職護理專業(yè)畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)時存在的問題,加強其就業(yè)能力的培養(yǎng),為職業(yè)院校更好的優(yōu)化專業(yè)設置,增強衛(wèi)生類職業(yè)院校的招生影響力及相關管理部門決策提供一定依據(jù)。研究目的通過對中、高職護生就業(yè)意愿的了解,分析就業(yè)意愿形成的相關影響因素,提出干預措施,幫助護生樹立正確擇業(yè)觀念、為醫(yī)學院校的專業(yè)設置、學生就業(yè)指導及現(xiàn)有臨床護理人員不足的形勢提供問題解決依據(jù)。資料與方法本研究選取皖北衛(wèi)生職業(yè)學院中、高職護理專業(yè)即將赴臨床實習的護生作為研究對象,通過問卷調(diào)查的形式了解護生們的基本情況、家庭背景、求職意向及目前對學校就業(yè)指導工作的意見和建議等問題。將數(shù)據(jù)錄入SPSS13.0軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析,采用了統(tǒng)計描述、卡方檢驗、Logistic回歸分析等分析方法。主要結果1就業(yè)去向方面:54.5%的中高職護生的畢業(yè)去向選擇從事臨床護理工作,44.9%的中職護生首選繼續(xù)學習;69%的高職護生首選從事護理工作。2擇業(yè)影響因素:中高職護生優(yōu)先考慮的因素包括工作地點和工資薪酬;在就業(yè)起始月薪方面,近90%的護生考慮在1000-3000元范圍內(nèi)。3就業(yè)地域選擇方面:59%的高職生選擇在中小城市就業(yè),49%的中職護生選擇在大城市就業(yè),相較于鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)基層,90.9%的中高職護生選擇在城市就業(yè)。對于基層就業(yè)的態(tài)度方面,76.3%的中高職護生表示可以考慮。4就業(yè)科室選擇方面,排名前三的科室分別為外科、手術室、兒科。5就業(yè)形勢認知方面:對于護理專業(yè)就業(yè)形勢的總體認知55.1%的中高職護生認為就業(yè)形勢較好,30.8%的護生認為就業(yè)形勢一般;在畢業(yè)后能否’找到工作的心態(tài)上,80.3%的中高職護生普遍認為通過努力可以找到工作;同時近80%的護生認為性別的因素在就業(yè)中影響較小,而71.2%的中高職護生認為個人專業(yè)知識、操作技能是影響就業(yè)的最大因素;高職護生中23%的人群考慮學歷、個人榮譽、學校品牌也是重要影響因素。結論中職護生:(1)就業(yè)目標具體,自我認識不夠清晰,擇業(yè)期望值較高(2)擇業(yè)心理矛盾,主體意識不足,易受外界因素影響(3)擇業(yè)認知不夠清晰,環(huán)境認知不足、創(chuàng)業(yè)意識不足。高職護生:(1)就業(yè)心態(tài)理性,就業(yè)思路明確,價值取向較功利。(2)就業(yè)目標明確,專業(yè)認同感較高,就業(yè)途徑缺乏創(chuàng)新性。對策與建議(1)中職護生:積極樹立崇高的職業(yè)理想,科學的認清職業(yè)特點,結合當前就業(yè)形勢,做好自身定位,找尋自身不足,樹立正確擇業(yè)觀,發(fā)揮主觀能動性,培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新的就業(yè)意識。(2)高職護生:積極樹立正確的價值觀,強化內(nèi)在,打牢“基本功”,有全局意識,充分認清就業(yè)形勢,發(fā)掘提升個人綜合素質(zhì)的潛力,創(chuàng)新就業(yè)思路,多方位、多角度尋求就業(yè)出路。(3)職業(yè)院校:應注重分析招生、就業(yè)形勢,全方位優(yōu)化內(nèi)外環(huán)境,不斷深化教學改革,加強教育教學各環(huán)節(jié);調(diào)整人才培養(yǎng)模式,理論與實踐結合,注重學生自身綜合素質(zhì)提升;充分利用新媒體等途徑,加強學生求職、就業(yè)技能培訓,以就業(yè)為導向,做好綜合服務。
[Abstract]:With the development and progress of the society, the change of the population structure, the increasing population of the whole society and the increasing demand of the people for medical service, the recruitment, training and use of nurses at all levels have also been adjusted with the guidance of the social demand, and the medical vocational colleges are in various colleges and universities. In the context of the expansion of enrollment, the enrollment scale of nursing specialty has also been expanded, and the employment of students has gradually become an important guide for school enrollment. In order to further understand the employment intention of nursing students in Higher Vocational Colleges and to analyze the influence of relevant factors on the job hunting intention, so as to find out the employment of nursing graduates in higher vocational colleges. The existing problems, strengthen the training of their employment ability, for the vocational colleges and universities to better optimize the professional setting, enhance the enrollment influence of health vocational colleges and the relevant management departments to provide a certain basis. To help the nursing students to set up a correct concept of job hunting, to provide the basis for the problem solving basis for the medical colleges and universities, the students' employment guidance and the deficiency of the existing clinical nursing staff. In the form of the survey, we know the basic situation of the nursing students, the family background, the job hunting intention and the opinions and suggestions on the employment guidance of the school. The data are recorded into the SPSS13.0 software for statistical analysis, the statistical description, the chi square test and the Logistic regression analysis are adopted. 1 main results: 54.5% of the employment direction: 44.9% of the secondary vocational nursing students first chose to continue to study in clinical nursing, and 69% of the primary vocational nursing students were first selected to be engaged in the influence factors of the.2 job selection: the priority factors of the nursing students in the Middle Vocational College included the working place and salary salary; in the beginning of the monthly salary, nearly 90% of the nursing students were considered in 1000-300. In the 0 yuan range of.3 employment, 59% of the higher vocational students choose to be employed in the small and medium-sized cities, 49% of the secondary vocational nursing students choose to be employed in the big cities, compared to the township level, and 90.9% of the middle vocational nursing students choose to be employed in the city. For the attitude towards the grass-roots employment, 76.3% of the middle vocational nursing students can consider the choice of the.4 employment department. The first three departments of the top three were the cognition of the employment situation in surgery, operation room and pediatrics. The overall cognition of the nursing professional employment situation was 55.1% of the higher vocational nursing students think that the employment situation was better, and 30.8% of the nursing students thought that the employment situation was general; in the case of whether to find a job after graduation, 80.3% of the middle vocational nursing students generally believed that the nursing students were able to find a job after graduation. Work can be found through efforts; at the same time, nearly 80% of the nursing students think that gender factors have little impact on employment, while 71.2% of the middle vocational nursing students think that personal professional knowledge and operational skills are the most influential factors for employment; 23% of the higher vocational nursing students consider education, personal honor and school brand as an important factor. Nursing students: (1) the target of employment is specific, self understanding is not clear enough, the value of career expectation is higher (2) the psychological contradiction of job selection, the subjective consciousness is insufficient, the external factors are easily affected (3) the lack of understanding of the job selection, the lack of environmental cognition, and the lack of entrepreneurial consciousness. Countermeasures and suggestions (1) secondary vocational nursing students: actively setting up lofty career ideals, scientifically recognizing professional characteristics, combining the current employment situation, doing their own positioning, finding their own shortcomings, setting up a correct view of career choosing, exerting subjective initiative and cultivating innovative employment consciousness. (2) Vocational Education (2) higher vocational education Nursing students: actively establish the correct values, strengthen the internal, strengthen the "basic skills", have a global awareness, fully recognize the employment situation, explore the potential of improving the comprehensive quality of individuals, innovative employment ideas, multidirectional and multi angles to seek employment. (3) vocational colleges should pay attention to the analysis of enrollment, employment situation, and the overall optimization of the internal and external environment, and not We should deepen the reform of teaching and strengthen all aspects of education and teaching, adjust the training mode of talents, combine theory with practice, pay attention to the improvement of students' own comprehensive quality, make full use of new media and other ways, strengthen the students' job hunting, the training of employment skills, and take employment as the guidance and do a good job of comprehensive service.
