高職院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)誠(chéng)信問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:就業(yè)是民生之本。高職教育作為我國(guó)高等教育的重要組成部分,關(guān)系著整個(gè)國(guó)家人才結(jié)構(gòu)的完善、職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展。目前,高職院校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)問(wèn)題,已經(jīng)引起了國(guó)家有關(guān)部門(mén)和社會(huì)各界的廣泛關(guān)注。高職院校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)問(wèn)題,不僅僅是就業(yè)率的問(wèn)題,關(guān)鍵還在于就業(yè)誠(chéng)信問(wèn)題。誠(chéng)信是立身之本,人無(wú)信則不立。當(dāng)前高職院校畢業(yè)生的誠(chéng)信狀況令人擔(dān)憂,他們?cè)诰蜆I(yè)過(guò)程中的誠(chéng)信缺失已成為不爭(zhēng)的事實(shí),這些都值得我們深思。 本文在借鑒前人的相關(guān)理論和研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,厘定了高職院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)誠(chéng)信的內(nèi)涵及特征。將高職院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)誠(chéng)信定義為:高職院校畢業(yè)生在整個(gè)就業(yè)過(guò)程中(包括選擇單位、制作簡(jiǎn)歷、參加面試、簽訂協(xié)議以及到單位后可能的行為)所表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的誠(chéng)信心理及可能的行為傾向。同時(shí),針對(duì)湖南省一些高職院校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)誠(chéng)信問(wèn)題作了相關(guān)調(diào)查,調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,高職院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)誠(chéng)信缺失的現(xiàn)狀主要表現(xiàn)在求職前簡(jiǎn)歷摻水、面試中自我拔高、面試成功后拒簽、簽約后隨意毀約等四個(gè)方面。這種現(xiàn)狀的形成,與轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期整個(gè)社會(huì)的誠(chéng)信缺失、社會(huì)各界對(duì)學(xué)歷的認(rèn)知偏差、高職院校誠(chéng)信教育的缺失、家庭誠(chéng)信教育的缺失、高職學(xué)生自我認(rèn)知的偏差、高職學(xué)生就業(yè)過(guò)程中道德意識(shí)的淡薄等方面有著千絲萬(wàn)縷的聯(lián)系,是上述因素相互作用的結(jié)果。 基于對(duì)高職院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)誠(chéng)信缺失現(xiàn)狀及其原因的綜合分析,著眼于提升高職院校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)誠(chéng)信水平,促進(jìn)他們的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,認(rèn)為:要從加強(qiáng)對(duì)全社會(huì)的誠(chéng)信教育和完善社會(huì)誠(chéng)信管理機(jī)制兩個(gè)方面著手來(lái)構(gòu)建誠(chéng)信的社會(huì)環(huán)境,糾正對(duì)學(xué)歷的認(rèn)知偏差,通過(guò)校園誠(chéng)信文化建設(shè)、對(duì)學(xué)生的誠(chéng)信教育、就業(yè)咨詢(xún)和輔導(dǎo)、校內(nèi)誠(chéng)信監(jiān)管機(jī)制的建立來(lái)完善高職院校的誠(chéng)信教育體系,從強(qiáng)化家長(zhǎng)的示范作用到營(yíng)造誠(chéng)信、友愛(ài)、和諧的家庭氛圍來(lái)構(gòu)筑家庭誠(chéng)信教育體系。
[Abstract]:Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood. As an important part of higher education in China, higher vocational education is related to the perfection of the national talent structure and the development of vocational education. At present, the employment problem of graduates in higher vocational colleges has aroused the widespread concern of the relevant departments of the country and all walks of life. The employment problem of graduates in higher vocational colleges is not only the employment rate, but also the employment honesty. Good faith is the foundation of the body. At present, the credit situation of graduates in higher vocational colleges is worrying, their lack of honesty in the process of employment has become an indisputable fact, these are worthy of our deep thinking. Based on the previous theories and research results, this paper defines the connotation and characteristics of employment integrity of graduates in higher vocational colleges. The employment integrity of the graduates of higher vocational colleges is defined as: the graduates of higher vocational colleges in the whole process of employment (including the selection of units, production of resumes, interviews, The integrity psychology and possible behavior tendency of signing the agreement and possible behavior after arriving at the unit. At the same time, this paper makes a related investigation on the employment integrity of some higher vocational college graduates in Hunan Province. The results show that the present situation of the lack of employment integrity of the graduates of higher vocational colleges is mainly reflected in the incorporation of resume before the job search, and the self-improvement in the interview. After successful interview refused to sign, after signing at will to break the contract and other four aspects. The formation of this status quo is related to the lack of honesty and credit in the whole society during the transition period, the cognitive deviation of all walks of life towards academic qualifications, the lack of honesty education in higher vocational colleges, the absence of family honesty education, and the deviation of self-cognition of higher vocational students. The weak moral consciousness of higher vocational students in the process of employment is closely related to each other, which is the result of the interaction of the above factors. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the present situation and the causes of the lack of employment integrity of the graduates of higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, aiming at improving the employment honesty level of the graduates of higher vocational colleges and promoting their long-term development. The author holds that the social environment of honesty should be constructed from two aspects: strengthening the honesty education to the whole society and perfecting the social credit management mechanism, correcting the cognitive deviation to the academic qualifications, and improving the honesty education of the students through the construction of the campus honesty culture. Employment consultation and guidance, the establishment of internal integrity supervision mechanism to improve the integrity of higher vocational education system, from strengthening the role of parents to build a good faith, friendly and harmonious family atmosphere to build a family integrity education system.
