【摘要】:"尚于巧""精于工""匠于心""品于行"是當代工匠精神的價值內(nèi)涵。依據(jù)斯潘塞(Spencer)提出的人的素質(zhì)冰山模型理論內(nèi)隱性素質(zhì)特征的成長規(guī)律,通過觀念轉(zhuǎn)變、教學融入、實踐強化、文化培育、方法創(chuàng)新等路徑,能有效培育中職學生的工匠精神。
[Abstract]:"still in skill", "good at work", "craftsman in heart", "goods in action" is the value connotation of contemporary craftsman's spirit. According to the growth law of recessive quality characteristics in the theory of human quality iceberg proposed by Spencer, the artisan spirit of secondary vocational school students can be effectively cultivated through the paths of concept change, teaching integration, practical strengthening, cultural cultivation and method innovation.
