【摘要】：當(dāng)代中國(guó)正在邁向"大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新"的嶄新時(shí)代,這對(duì)高等職業(yè)院校的人才培養(yǎng)提出了新的、更高要求。高職院校在創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)過(guò)程中應(yīng)融入工匠精神的培育,要回歸和弘揚(yáng)工匠精神,要在創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)課堂教學(xué)中培育學(xué)生的工匠精神,在創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中鍛造學(xué)生的工匠精神,在創(chuàng)新學(xué)校環(huán)境文化建設(shè)中養(yǎng)成學(xué)生的工匠精神。
[Abstract]:Contemporary China is stepping into a new era of "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation", which puts forward new and higher requirements for the cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges and universities. Higher vocational colleges should incorporate the cultivation of craftsman's spirit into the process of cultivating innovative enterprising talents, return to and carry forward the spirit of craftsman, and cultivate the craftsmanship of students in innovative and entrepreneurial classroom teaching. Forging the craftsman spirit of the students in the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship, and cultivating the craftsman spirit of the students in the construction of the innovative school environment culture.
