獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生職業(yè)發(fā)展意愿及職業(yè)指導(dǎo)體系研究

【摘要】:本文以職業(yè)成熟度、職業(yè)錨、需求層次和人力資本等理論為理論基礎(chǔ),通過在山東財經(jīng)大學(xué)東方學(xué)院高年級學(xué)生中發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷、個體訪談等方式,試圖研究獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生的職業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其意愿。并從個體、學(xué)校、社會環(huán)境、職業(yè)成熟度等幾方面進行分析,探討影響學(xué)生職業(yè)發(fā)展意愿的因素。尋找獨立學(xué)院的學(xué)生,特別是接受過職業(yè)指導(dǎo)教育的獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生,在職業(yè)指導(dǎo)的職業(yè)發(fā)展過程中存在問題,為獨立學(xué)院現(xiàn)有職業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作提供參考及和改進的方向。 本研究認為: 1.獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生職業(yè)成熟度總體處于中等偏上水平,對未來職業(yè)定位缺乏理性認識,對職業(yè)定位、職業(yè)期望普遍偏高。 2.獨立學(xué)院男生的職業(yè)成熟度高于女性的職業(yè)成熟度;三個年級中,職業(yè)成熟度均值得分從高到低的排序為:本科三年級本科四年級?迫昙。且?迫昙壍穆殬I(yè)成熟度明顯低于本科三年級的職業(yè)成熟度。 3.獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生對自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的期望較高,積極態(tài)度。同時,“對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的看法”這一因素對職業(yè)成熟度產(chǎn)生正性影響作用。即對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的看法越積極,職業(yè)成熟度越高。 4.有兼職實習(xí)經(jīng)歷學(xué)生的職業(yè)成熟度要明顯高于沒有兼職實習(xí)經(jīng)歷的成熟度;且兼職實習(xí)經(jīng)歷對職業(yè)成熟度產(chǎn)生正性影響作用。即有兼職實習(xí)經(jīng)歷的職業(yè)成熟度高于沒有兼職實習(xí)經(jīng)歷的成熟度。 5.在職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃方面,經(jīng)過學(xué)校的職業(yè)指導(dǎo)教育,大部分(超過七成)的獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生規(guī)劃過自己未來的職業(yè)生涯。同時,職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的規(guī)劃狀況對職業(yè)成熟度產(chǎn)生正性影響作用。即職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃越清楚,職業(yè)成熟度越高。 6.獨立學(xué)院的課程設(shè)置和就業(yè)指導(dǎo)教育對學(xué)生的職業(yè)發(fā)展具有重要影響。獨立學(xué)院目前開設(shè)的課程體系及相關(guān)指導(dǎo)活動,覆蓋范圍還不夠全面,內(nèi)容方面還不能滿足大多數(shù)學(xué)生需要,學(xué)生接受程度一般。學(xué)生希望增加實踐環(huán)節(jié)在教學(xué)中的比重,將專業(yè)教育面向社會、面向就業(yè),增強專業(yè)知識的時效性和實用性,以滿足獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生職業(yè)發(fā)展的需求。 7.通過研究證實,個體差別、學(xué)校教育和社會環(huán)境都會對學(xué)生的職業(yè)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生影響。完善和改進獨立學(xué)院現(xiàn)有職業(yè)指導(dǎo)體系,應(yīng)注重以上幾方面進行思考研究。獨立學(xué)院的學(xué)生應(yīng)端正心態(tài),加強職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃學(xué)習(xí),正確地認識和評價自我,樹立合理和開放的職業(yè)價值觀,提高自身職業(yè)發(fā)展水平及能力。學(xué)校應(yīng)根據(jù)獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生自身特點,對學(xué)生進行職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃方面指導(dǎo),加強專業(yè)建設(shè)和學(xué)生職業(yè)指導(dǎo)教育工作,提高學(xué)生的專業(yè)素質(zhì),促進學(xué)生職業(yè)發(fā)展。從社會環(huán)境角度,應(yīng)完善高校、用人單位、人社部門之間的溝通協(xié)調(diào)機制。找出存在問題和不足,整合現(xiàn)有資源,進一步完善獨立學(xué)院現(xiàn)有職業(yè)指導(dǎo)體系,優(yōu)化獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生外部發(fā)展環(huán)境,努力探索出一套適合獨立學(xué)院學(xué)生職業(yè)發(fā)展的服務(wù)體系。
[Abstract]:Based on the theories of career maturity, career anchor, demand level and human capital, this paper gives out questionnaires and individual interviews among senior students of Oriental College of Finance and Economics of Shandong University of Finance and Economics. This paper attempts to study the status quo and wishes of independent college students' career development. The factors influencing the students' willingness to develop their careers are analyzed from the aspects of individual, school, social environment and career maturity. Looking for the students of independent colleges, especially those who have received vocational guidance education, have some problems in the process of career development, and provide reference and improvement direction for the existing vocational guidance work of independent colleges. The present study holds that: 1. The professional maturity of independent college students is generally at the middle level, lack of rational understanding of the future career positioning, career positioning, career expectations are generally high. 2. The professional maturity of male students in independent colleges is higher than that of women, and the average score of career maturity in the three grades is from high to low: the third year, the third year, the fourth grade, the junior grade. The professional maturity of grade 3 is obviously lower than that of grade 3. 3. Independent college students have high expectations and positive attitude towards self-employment. At the same time, the view on college students' entrepreneurship has a positive effect on career maturity. That is, the more positive the view of college students' entrepreneurship, the higher the career maturity. 4. The maturity of students with part-time internship experience was significantly higher than that without part-time internship experience, and the part-time internship experience had a positive effect on career maturity. That is, the maturity of part-time internship experience is higher than that of no part-time internship experience. 5. In terms of career planning, most (more than 70%) of independent college students have planned their future career through school career guidance education. At the same time, the planning status of career planning has a positive effect on career maturity. That is, the clearer the career plan, the higher the career maturity. 6. The curriculum and employment guidance of independent colleges have an important impact on the career development of students. The current curriculum system and related guidance activities offered by the Independent College are not comprehensive enough, and the content can not meet the needs of most students. Students hope to increase the proportion of practice in teaching, to face the society, to face employment, to enhance the timeliness and practicability of professional knowledge, to meet the needs of the professional development of independent college students. 7. The results show that individual differences, school education and social environment have an impact on students' career development. To perfect and improve the existing vocational guidance system of independent colleges, we should pay attention to the above aspects. The students of independent college should correct their mentality, strengthen the study of career planning, correctly recognize and evaluate themselves, set up reasonable and open professional values, and improve their professional development level and ability. According to the characteristics of independent college students, the school should give guidance to students in career development planning, strengthen professional construction and vocational guidance education, improve students' professional quality and promote students' professional development. From the angle of social environment, it is necessary to perfect the communication and coordination mechanism among colleges, employing units and departments. Find out the existing problems and shortcomings, integrate the existing resources, further improve the existing vocational guidance system of independent colleges, optimize the external development environment of independent college students, and strive to explore a suitable service system for independent college students' career development.
