【摘要】：職業(yè)教育是與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展聯(lián)系最為密切的一種教育，朔州市是一座典型的資源型經(jīng)濟(jì)城市，為了擺脫資源型城市的枯竭，優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，改變嚴(yán)重依靠能源的發(fā)展局面，朔州提出了轉(zhuǎn)型跨越發(fā)展和推進(jìn)“四化一體東部新區(qū)建設(shè)”。這一戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)現(xiàn)需要大批各級(jí)各類各層次的人才來支撐，大批技能型人才需要本地的職業(yè)教育來培養(yǎng)，這對(duì)朔州市的職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)模式也提出了新的要求。本文從朔州市職業(yè)教育的辦學(xué)現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)，發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問題并分析問題的成因，，在此基礎(chǔ)上探索國內(nèi)外城鄉(xiāng)一體化職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)模式的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及啟示，進(jìn)而提出了構(gòu)建朔州市城鄉(xiāng)一體化職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)模式，并對(duì)這一模式的影響因素，選擇原則，內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)及保障機(jī)制進(jìn)行了研究。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is a kind of education most closely related to social and economic development. Shuozhou City is a typical resource-based economic city. In order to get rid of the depletion of resource-based cities, optimize the industrial structure, and change the development situation that relies heavily on energy, Shuozhou City is a typical resource-based economy city.Shuozhou put forward the transformation of leapfrogging development and promoting the "four-dimensional integration of the construction of new eastern areas."The realization of this strategy needs a large number of talents at all levels and levels to support, and a large number of skilled talents need local vocational education to cultivate, which also puts forward new requirements for the mode of running schools of vocational education in Shuozhou City.Starting from the current situation of vocational education in Shuozhou City, this paper finds out the existing problems and analyzes the causes of the problems. On this basis, it explores the experience and enlightenment of the mode of running a school in the integration of urban and rural areas at home and abroad.Furthermore, this paper puts forward the construction of the mode of integrated vocational education in Shuozhou city and countryside, and studies the influencing factors, selection principles, connotation, characteristics and guarantee mechanism of this mode.
