【摘要】：國家的發(fā)展、社會的進步離不開教育,而教育的發(fā)展也離不開國家與社會的支持。隨著教育體制改革的不斷深入,高職院校對學生的教育管理理念與方式也隨之發(fā)生了變化。本文圍繞高職院校學生教育管理工作為中心,首先分析了生本理念在高職院校學生教育管理工作中的重要性;其次分析了當前高職院校學生教育管理工作中存在的問題;最后提出了高職院校貫徹生本理念的措施,旨在提高高職院校的管理水平,促進學生個性化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The development of the country and the progress of the society cannot do without education, and the development of education cannot do without the support of the state and society. With the deepening of the reform of the educational system, The ideas and methods of students' education management in higher vocational colleges have also changed. This paper focuses on the management of students' education in higher vocational colleges and analyzes the importance of the idea of student orientation in the management of students' education in higher vocational colleges. Secondly, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of students' education in higher vocational colleges, and finally puts forward some measures to carry out the idea of student orientation in higher vocational colleges, in order to improve the management level of higher vocational colleges and promote the individualized development of students.
