【摘要】:本文把研究師生關(guān)系的范圍限定在“中等職業(yè)學(xué)校”這一特定群體,針對這一特定群體應(yīng)該怎樣處理師生沖突,采取怎樣的對策構(gòu)建和諧的師生關(guān)系,對此進行深入研究。通過對中等職業(yè)學(xué)校師生關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀、師生沖突的原因以及構(gòu)建和諧師生關(guān)系的對策的研究,探求中等職業(yè)教育更完善的生存環(huán)境,激發(fā)廣大教師對職業(yè)教育的熱情,引起各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及主管部門重視,推動職業(yè)教育健康、快速發(fā)展。同時為中等職業(yè)學(xué)校在構(gòu)建和諧教育、和諧師生關(guān)系方面提供借鑒與啟示。 本文分為四個部分:第一部分為引言,主要闡述了研究緣起、研究意義、主要概念界定、研究文獻綜述、研究內(nèi)容、思路、方法。第二部分為成都市工業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)校師生關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,闡述了中等職業(yè)學(xué)校師生關(guān)系方面存在的問題,提出了中等職業(yè)學(xué)校師生沖突的主要表現(xiàn)。第三部分主要圍繞調(diào)查中存在的師生關(guān)系問題,從教師、學(xué)生、學(xué)校、家庭等方面,分析了引發(fā)師生沖突的原因。第四部分主要圍繞調(diào)查中了解的師生沖突產(chǎn)生的原因,從教師要努力做到既教書又育人;建立和諧的師生關(guān)系;學(xué)校加強管理,提高教師育人的積極性;爭取家長的支持與合作幾個方面提出了解決師生沖突的對策。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the scope of the study of teacher-student relationship is limited to the "secondary vocational school" as a specific group, aiming at how to deal with the conflict between teachers and students, and what countermeasures should be taken to build a harmonious teacher-student relationship. Through the research on the current situation of teacher-student relationship, the causes of teacher-student conflict and the countermeasures of constructing harmonious teacher-student relationship, the author explores the more perfect living environment of secondary vocational education. To stimulate teachers' enthusiasm for vocational education, to arouse the attention of leaders and competent departments at all levels, to promote the healthy and rapid development of vocational education, and to provide reference and inspiration for the construction of harmonious education and harmonious relationship between teachers and students in secondary vocational schools. This article is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly elaborated the research origin, the research significance, the main concept definition, the research literature summary, the research content, the thought, Methods. The second part is the investigation of the relationship between teachers and students in Chengdu Industrial Vocational and Technical School, and expounds the problems existing in the relationship between teachers and students in secondary vocational schools. The third part mainly focuses on the relationship between teachers and students in the investigation, from teachers, students, schools, families and so on. This paper analyzes the causes of the conflict between teachers and students. Part 4th mainly focuses on the causes of conflict between teachers and students in the investigation, including teachers' efforts to teach and educate people, the establishment of harmonious teacher-student relations, and the strengthening of school management. To improve the enthusiasm of teachers' education and to win the support and cooperation of parents, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the conflict between teachers and students.
