【摘要】："兩非"的尷尬處境與制約現(xiàn)狀,是高職高專院校職業(yè)強勢發(fā)展與未來規(guī)劃的一大劣勢或不利因素。有鑒于此,"兩非"語境下的高等職業(yè)技術院校,應該而且必須做到:在"小"城市做著"大"事情,在"小"區(qū)域做著"大"文章,不看位置看"能耐",不看牌子看"貨色",不看出身看"實力",苦練內功,提高內力,最終創(chuàng)出一條內涵式、闖出一條跨越式"特出"的發(fā)展模式和"非常態(tài)"、"超常規(guī)"的螺旋的晉升道路。
[Abstract]:The embarrassing situation and restriction situation of "two non" is a great disadvantage or unfavorable factor for the strong development and future planning of higher vocational colleges. In view of this, in the context of "two non", higher vocational and technical colleges and universities, We should and must do this: doing "big" things in "small" cities, "big" articles in "small" areas, not looking at positions, "ability", "goods", "birth", "strength", practicing internal skills and enhancing internal strength. Finally, it creates a kind of connotation, breaks out a striding "special out" development mode and "abnormal", "extraordinary" spiral promotion path.
