【摘要】:高校招生規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,高等教育已經(jīng)發(fā)展為"全面教育"的前提,針對(duì)高職藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生改變職業(yè)規(guī)劃高意愿低參與率、高期盼低成效的局面,必須轉(zhuǎn)變教育觀念,推動(dòng)高職藝術(shù)新生培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)化。為此,可以發(fā)揮行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)在高職教育中的紐帶作用,指導(dǎo)教學(xué)參與管理與統(tǒng)籌,建立市場(chǎng)需求為驅(qū)動(dòng)的運(yùn)行機(jī)制,實(shí)施關(guān)注高職藝術(shù)教育成效的綜合評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Higher education has developed into the premise of "comprehensive education". In view of the situation of high willingness and low participation rate of higher vocational art students' changing career planning and high expectation and low effect, we must change the concept of education, the enrollment scale of colleges and universities is expanding continuously, and higher education has developed into a premise of "comprehensive education". In order to promote the marketization of art freshmen training in higher vocational colleges, we can give full play to the role of trade associations in higher vocational education, guide teaching participation in management and overall planning, and establish a market demand-driven operation mechanism. To carry out comprehensive evaluation of the effect of art education in higher vocational education.
