論中職美術(shù)教師在探究式教學(xué)中的地位和作用

【摘要】:職業(yè)教育課程教學(xué)改革的一個(gè)重要目的,就是要改變普遍存在的學(xué)生被動(dòng)接受知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)方式,倡導(dǎo)學(xué)生主動(dòng)參與的探究式學(xué)習(xí),主張學(xué)生通過(guò)實(shí)際操作,從而增強(qiáng)探究和創(chuàng)新意識(shí),學(xué)習(xí)科學(xué)研究方式,提升綜合運(yùn)用知識(shí)的能力。 美術(shù)教育是中職教育的核心課程之一,越來(lái)越多的人認(rèn)識(shí)到美術(shù)教育在促進(jìn)人的發(fā)展中所具有的獨(dú)特作用。啟用探究式教學(xué),對(duì)扭轉(zhuǎn)中職學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)美術(shù)懈怠的局面,培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展人才,具有積極的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。探究式教學(xué)更加突出學(xué)生的主體地位,,強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生的積極參與,探究式教學(xué)要精心設(shè)計(jì)探究計(jì)劃,選擇和組織恰當(dāng)?shù)牟牧,做好教學(xué)組織安排,指導(dǎo)教學(xué)過(guò)程,提高學(xué)生的審美觀,有利于學(xué)生素質(zhì)的全面發(fā)展。本文通過(guò)對(duì)探究式教學(xué)國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀的分析,以及中職教師教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀分析,得出當(dāng)今職業(yè)教育還存在一些誤區(qū),其中包括教育課程的改革和教師教學(xué)方式的改革,通過(guò)這些分析得出探究式教學(xué)方式在中職美術(shù)課程中啟用的必要性,并且重點(diǎn)研究中職教師在探究式教學(xué)中的地位和作用。只有教師明確了探究式教學(xué)的重要性,明確自己在這種教學(xué)方式中的地位和作用,才能讓探究式教學(xué)得以推廣。才能達(dá)到讓學(xué)生從“教會(huì)”變成“學(xué)會(huì)”,讓學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)會(huì)思考,學(xué)會(huì)創(chuàng)造。
[Abstract]:One of the important purposes of the reform of vocational education curriculum teaching is to change the prevailing learning mode of students' passive acceptance of knowledge, to advocate students' active participation in inquiry learning, and to advocate students' practice. In order to enhance the awareness of inquiry and innovation, learning scientific research methods, improve the ability of comprehensive use of knowledge. Art education is one of the core courses of secondary vocational education. More and more people realize the unique role of art education in promoting the development of human beings. It is of positive practical significance to develop talents in an all-round way. Inquiry teaching emphasizes the main position of the students, emphasizes the active participation of the students, and the inquiry teaching should carefully design the inquiry plan, select and organize the appropriate materials. It is beneficial to the all-round development of students' quality to make good teaching organization arrangement, to guide the teaching process, to improve students' aesthetic standards, and to analyze the current research situation of inquiry teaching both at home and abroad, as well as the current situation of secondary vocational school teachers' teaching. It is concluded that there are still some misunderstandings in vocational education nowadays, including the reform of educational curriculum and the reform of teachers' teaching method. Through these analyses, the necessity of using inquiry teaching method in art course of secondary vocational school is obtained. And focus on the status and role of secondary vocational teachers in inquiry teaching. Only teachers have made clear the importance of inquiry teaching and their own position and role in this kind of teaching. Only then can the inquiry teaching be popularized, the students be changed from "church" to "learn", the students can learn to learn, to think and to create.
