【摘要】：近年來,我國高職教育取得了長足發(fā)展,但在職業(yè)教育改革新形勢下,高職院校的發(fā)展不能滿足新改革的要求,青年教師隊伍建設問題尤為突出,存在部分青年教師政治覺悟低、師德師風建設相對滯后、教師隊伍結構不合理、教師隊伍結構不穩(wěn)定等問題,應該強化青年教師的政治理論水平,幫助青年教師形成正確的人生觀和價值觀,充分發(fā)揮老教師的榜樣作用,新老結對,以老帶新,健全教師管理機制,加強人才管理,幫助青年教師制定清晰、長遠的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:In recent years, higher vocational education in China has made great progress, but under the new situation of vocational education reform, the development of vocational colleges can not meet the requirements of the new reform, the construction of young teachers is particularly prominent. There are some problems such as low political consciousness of some young teachers, lagging behind in the construction of ethics and style of teachers, unreasonable structure of teachers' team, unstable structure of teachers' contingent, and so on. Therefore, the level of political theory of young teachers should be strengthened. To help young teachers form a correct outlook on life and values, give full play to the role of old teachers, new and old pairs, with the old to bring new, improve the management mechanism of teachers, strengthen talent management, help young teachers to make clear. Long-term career planning.
