【摘要】:職業(yè)教育的人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)律決定了學(xué)校必須與企業(yè)合作才能保證人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。近年來(lái),在中央和地方政府的大力推動(dòng)下,職業(yè)教育校企合作取得了許多有益的經(jīng)驗(yàn),但也仍然面臨不少難題。在民建中央和中華職業(yè)教育社聯(lián)合在京召開(kāi)的"職業(yè)教育與企業(yè)發(fā)展座談會(huì)"上,來(lái)自政府部門(mén)、職業(yè)院校、行業(yè)企業(yè)和研究機(jī)構(gòu)的代表圍繞校企合作議題展開(kāi)對(duì)話。與會(huì)代表分析了當(dāng)前企業(yè)辦學(xué)面臨的尷尬境地,企業(yè)缺乏合作動(dòng)力的主要原因,行業(yè)組織作用發(fā)揮不足的難處等校企合作的多重困惑;提出了推進(jìn)依法治教,創(chuàng)新辦學(xué)體制機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)頂層規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),明確行企校角色定位,加大產(chǎn)業(yè)文化育人等制度改革建議;形成了服務(wù)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,校企融合培養(yǎng)大批技能人才和抓住發(fā)展契機(jī),提升校企合作質(zhì)量的未來(lái)發(fā)展共識(shí)。
[Abstract]:The training law of vocational education determines that schools must cooperate with enterprises in order to ensure the quality of talent training. In recent years, the central and local governments have vigorously promoted. The cooperation of vocational education schools and enterprises has gained many useful experiences, but it still faces many difficulties. At the "Symposium on Vocational Education and Enterprise Development" jointly held in Beijing by the Central Committee of Civil Construction and the China Vocational Education Association. Representatives from government departments, vocational colleges, industry enterprises and research institutions started a dialogue around the topic of cooperation between schools and enterprises. The participants analyzed the embarrassing situation facing enterprises in running schools. The main reasons of the lack of cooperative motive force of enterprises, the difficulties of insufficient play of the role of industry organizations, and so on, such as the multiple confusion of cooperation between schools and enterprises; Some suggestions are put forward such as promoting the administration of education according to law, innovating the system mechanism of running a school, strengthening the top-level planning and design, defining the role of the enterprise, and increasing the education of industrial culture. The service innovation drive the development strategy, the school and enterprise merge to train a large number of skilled personnel and seize the development opportunity, and improve the quality of cooperation between school and enterprise in the future development consensus.
