【摘要】：文章從農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移就業(yè)的視角分析了蘇北職業(yè)教育發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題,提出加快蘇北職業(yè)教育發(fā)展、促進(jìn)農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移就業(yè)的對(duì)策建議,具體包括強(qiáng)化"三個(gè)保障"、推進(jìn)"四項(xiàng)建設(shè)"、實(shí)施"五個(gè)統(tǒng)籌"、把握"三個(gè)重點(diǎn)"、擴(kuò)大"試點(diǎn)"規(guī)模、加快"四個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)變"。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of vocational education in northern Jiangsu Province from the perspective of rural labor force transfer and employment, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the development of vocational education in northern Jiangsu Province and promoting the transfer of rural labor force to employment. It includes strengthening "three guarantees", promoting "four constructions", carrying out "five overall plans", grasping "three key points", expanding the scale of "pilot projects" and speeding up "four transformations".
