【摘要】：職業(yè)教育的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展依賴于具備職業(yè)精神的高素質(zhì)職業(yè)教師隊(duì)伍。首先,職業(yè)學(xué)校教師的職業(yè)精神直接影響到職業(yè)教育的人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,具備職業(yè)精神的教師往往能取得更好的教學(xué)教育效果。其次,目前,職業(yè)學(xué)校畢業(yè)生的職業(yè)精神也受到了企業(yè)的關(guān)注,企業(yè)不僅需要具備良好職業(yè)技能的畢業(yè)生,還需要具備良好職業(yè)精神的員工。學(xué)生的職業(yè)精神培養(yǎng)依賴于教師,除了有目的的展開教學(xué),教師的職業(yè)精神更可以潛移默化的影響并提升學(xué)生的職業(yè)精神。在教育實(shí)踐中可以發(fā)現(xiàn)部分職業(yè)學(xué)校教師在工作中充滿熱情,遇到困難迎難而上,決不放棄,他們的職業(yè)精神是怎樣的?同時(shí),也有一部分教師出現(xiàn)了職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)象,消極對待工作,他們的職業(yè)精神是否出現(xiàn)了問題?如果出現(xiàn)了問題,原因是怎樣的,能否提出相應(yīng)的對策與建議?基于上述思考,結(jié)合目前教師職業(yè)精神相關(guān)研究的現(xiàn)狀：起步較晚,數(shù)量不多,質(zhì)量也不高,主要是教育活動(dòng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的總結(jié)及材料的羅列,缺乏相關(guān)理論研究與實(shí)證研究。本研究從上海市職業(yè)學(xué)校教師職業(yè)精神的構(gòu)成研究出發(fā),分析職業(yè)精神現(xiàn)狀,為提升職業(yè)學(xué)校教師職業(yè)精神提供有效的對策與建議,從而豐富職業(yè)精神的理論與實(shí)證研究。本論文共有五章內(nèi)容,每一章的主要內(nèi)容如下：第一章,導(dǎo)論。介紹本文的研究背景、綜述國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究、呈現(xiàn)研究方案,對核心概念進(jìn)行界定。第二章,上海市職業(yè)學(xué)校教師職業(yè)精神的構(gòu)成探析。首先介紹職業(yè)精神構(gòu)成研究方案,再通過訪談法和問卷法兩種研究方法收集資料,最后將定性分析和定量分析結(jié)合起來,分析并驗(yàn)證職業(yè)精神的構(gòu)成。第三章,上海市職業(yè)學(xué)校教師職業(yè)精神現(xiàn)狀分析。根據(jù)職業(yè)學(xué)校教師職業(yè)精神的構(gòu)成設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)研工具,從教師和學(xué)生兩個(gè)角度出發(fā),調(diào)研上海市職業(yè)學(xué)校教師職業(yè)精神的現(xiàn)狀,獲得調(diào)研結(jié)果后分析職業(yè)精神的總體情況、教師在不同背景下職業(yè)精神各維度的現(xiàn)狀、職業(yè)精神存在的問題及原因分析。第四章,提升上海市職業(yè)學(xué)校教師職業(yè)精神的對策及建議。依據(jù)上海市職業(yè)學(xué)校教師職業(yè)精神的現(xiàn)狀,分析應(yīng)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的職業(yè)精神維度和職業(yè)教師群體,歸納提升上海市職校教師職業(yè)精神的方式及支持保障。第五章,研究反思與展望�？偨Y(jié)本文已做工作,從而更好進(jìn)行后續(xù)展望。
[Abstract]:The continuous and stable development of vocational education depends on the professional teachers with professional spirit. First of all, the professionalism of vocational school teachers directly affects the quality of vocational education, and teachers with professional spirit often get better teaching and educational effects. Secondly, at present, the professionalism of vocational school graduates is also concerned by enterprises. Enterprises need not only graduates who have good professional skills, but also employees who have good professionalism. The cultivation of students' professional spirit depends on teachers. In addition to purposeful teaching, teachers' professionalism can exert subtle influence and enhance their professionalism. In the practice of education can be found in some occupation school teachers in the work is full of passion, difficulties and difficulties, never give up their occupation spirit is what? At the same time, there is also a part of the teachers' occupation burnout, negative attitude towards work, their occupation spirit is a problem if there is? What is the cause of problems, can put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions? Based on the above thinking, combined with the current research situation of teachers occupation spirit: a late start, the amount is not much, the quality is not high, is mainly a list of educational activities and experience and materials, the lack of relevant theoretical research and empirical research. Based on the research on the constitution of professionalism of vocational schools in Shanghai, this study analyzes the current situation of occupational spirit, and provides effective countermeasures and suggestions for improving the professionalism of vocational school teachers, so as to enrich the theoretical and empirical research of professionalism. There are five chapters in this paper. The main contents of each chapter are as follows: Chapter 1, introduction. This paper introduces the background of the research, summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad, presents the research scheme, and defines the core concepts. The second chapter is the analysis of the professional spirit of the vocational school teachers in Shanghai. First, we introduce the research plan of professionalism, and then collect two kinds of research methods through interviews and questionnaires. Finally, we combine qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis to analyze and verify the composition of professionalism. The third chapter is the analysis of the vocational spirit of the vocational school teachers in Shanghai. According to the vocational schools teacher occupation spirit of design research tools, from two perspectives of teachers and students, the present situation of the teacher occupation occupation school spirit research in Shanghai, the research results obtained after the analysis of occupation spirit of the overall situation, teachers in the context of different occupation spirit of various dimensions of status, occupation mental problems and cause analysis. The fourth chapter, to improve the professional spirit of vocational school teachers in Shanghai City countermeasures and suggestions. According to the current situation of teachers' professional spirit in vocational schools in Shanghai, this paper analyzes the professional spirit dimension and professional teachers group that should be focused on, and summarizes the ways and support guarantees of improving vocational spirit of teachers in vocational schools in Shanghai. The fifth chapter, research reflection and prospect. The summary of this article has done the work, so as to better carry on the follow-up prospect.
