全日制碩士研究生德育存在的問(wèn)題及其對(duì)策研究

【摘要】: 研究生的道德修養(yǎng)及水平在其人才素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)體系中占有舉足輕重的地位,它直接影響到研究生的世界觀、人生觀、價(jià)值觀與自身健康的和諧發(fā)展。因此作為教育和培養(yǎng)研究生的高等院校來(lái)說(shuō),如何建設(shè)和開(kāi)展乃至怎樣實(shí)施研究生道德教育在整個(gè)高校教育進(jìn)程中就更顯得尤為重要了,特別是隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展以及研究生規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,研究生道德教育面臨著一系列嚴(yán)峻的問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn),即社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和時(shí)代的發(fā)展對(duì)研究生德育提出了更新更高的要求。近年來(lái),加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)研究生道德教育已成為我國(guó)思想政治教育理論界十分關(guān)注的研究課題。 本文以國(guó)外對(duì)德育的重視與國(guó)內(nèi)研究生德育工作的研究為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)研究生德育的概念進(jìn)行了界定;論述了高等學(xué)校研究生德育的目的、地位和作用;剖析了高等學(xué)校德育所面臨的形勢(shì)與挑戰(zhàn);從內(nèi)蒙古師范大學(xué)全日制碩士研究生中進(jìn)行的思想道德問(wèn)卷調(diào)查著手,以研究生基本情況、學(xué)術(shù)道德、網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德、職業(yè)道德以及政治態(tài)度的角度報(bào)告了調(diào)查的總體情況;根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,從而得出全日制碩士研究生德育現(xiàn)狀中所存在的問(wèn)題;從社會(huì)客觀環(huán)境以及研究生自身特點(diǎn)等主客觀原因方面剖析了研究生德育存在問(wèn)題的形成原因;從加強(qiáng)馬克思主義理論教育、加強(qiáng)研究生黨組織建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)研究生德育工作隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)研究生學(xué)術(shù)道德教育、利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng),增強(qiáng)研究生德育實(shí)效及樹(shù)立正確的擇業(yè)觀,開(kāi)展職業(yè)道德教育等角度提出了關(guān)于如何加強(qiáng)研究生德育的對(duì)策以及方法。全文根據(jù)德育問(wèn)卷調(diào)查作了數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和圖形分析,全文撰寫(xiě)當(dāng)中主要應(yīng)用了文獻(xiàn)法、調(diào)查法、系統(tǒng)分析法等研究方法。
[Abstract]:The moral accomplishment and level of graduate students plays an important role in the quality structure system of their talents, which directly affects the harmonious development of their world outlook, outlook on life, values and their own health. Therefore, as the education and training of graduate students, how to build and carry out and even how to implement the moral education of graduate students is particularly important in the whole process of higher education. Especially with the rapid development of China's socialist market economy and the continuous expansion of the scale of graduate students, graduate moral education is facing a series of serious problems and challenges. That is, the progress of the society and the development of the times put forward a new and higher demand for the postgraduates' moral education. In recent years, strengthening and improving the moral education of graduate students has become a research topic of great concern in the theory field of ideological and political education in China. On the basis of the emphasis on moral education abroad and the research on moral education of graduate students in China, this paper defines the concept of moral education of graduate students, discusses the purpose, status and function of moral education of graduate students in colleges and universities. The situation and challenge of moral education in colleges and universities are analyzed. Based on the questionnaire survey of the whole-time postgraduates of Inner Mongolia normal University, this paper reports the general situation of the survey from the perspectives of the basic situation, academic morality, network morality, professional ethics and political attitude of the graduate students. According to the results of the investigation, the problems existing in the moral education of the full-time graduate students are obtained, and the causes of the problems are analyzed from the subjective and objective reasons, such as the social objective environment and the characteristics of the graduate students. From strengthening Marxist theory education, strengthening the Party organization construction of graduate students, strengthening the moral education of graduate students, strengthening the academic moral education of graduate students, making use of the Internet, enhancing the effectiveness of graduate students' moral education and setting up a correct outlook on job selection, This paper puts forward the countermeasures and methods on how to strengthen the moral education of graduate students from the angle of carrying out professional moral education. The data statistics and graphic analysis are made according to the questionnaire of moral education, and the methods of literature, investigation and system analysis are mainly used in the writing of this paper.
