【摘要】：正為滿足社會對醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)用型人才的迫切需求,我國臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育目標(biāo)明晰定位為"高層次臨床醫(yī)師",生源結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了重大變化,培養(yǎng)方式逐漸轉(zhuǎn)向臨床一線的實踐和學(xué)習(xí),教學(xué)重心和畢業(yè)授位標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也進行了相應(yīng)調(diào)整。本校從2012年開始在全國范圍內(nèi)較為領(lǐng)先的建立了臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育與住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)"雙軌合一"模式,實現(xiàn)了學(xué)位教育與執(zhí)業(yè)準(zhǔn)入及職業(yè)培訓(xùn)的無縫銜接[1]。為檢驗新型
[Abstract]:In order to meet the urgent needs of the society for medical application-oriented talents, the educational objectives of graduate students in clinical medicine in China are clearly positioned as "high-level clinicians", and the structure of the students has changed greatly. The training mode gradually shifted to clinical practice and study, and the teaching center and graduation standard were adjusted accordingly. Since 2012, our school has established a "two-track integration" model of graduate education in clinical medicine major and standardized training of resident doctors in the country.
