【摘要】：本研究利用面板數(shù)據(jù),在Tobit分析框架下探討了少數(shù)民族研究生培養(yǎng)制度的影響因素,結(jié)果表明,制度本身、制度制定者、制度執(zhí)行者、目標(biāo)群體、活動情景與社會心理都會對少數(shù)民族研究生培養(yǎng)制度產(chǎn)生一定影響。因此,有必要從完善制度、激勵制度執(zhí)行者行為效率、合理引導(dǎo)目標(biāo)群體行為、塑造少數(shù)民族積極社會心理等方面加強對少數(shù)民族研究生培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Based on panel data and Tobit analysis, this study discusses the influencing factors of the graduate education system of ethnic minorities. The results show that the system itself, the institution itself, the system executor, the target group, and so on. The activity situation and social psychology will have certain influence on the training system of ethnic minority graduate students. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of ethnic minority graduate students from the aspects of perfecting the system, encouraging the behavior efficiency of the executors of the system, reasonably guiding the behavior of the target groups, molding the positive social psychology of the minority nationalities, and so on.
