【摘要】:本文重點(diǎn)分析了中美博士后培養(yǎng)事業(yè)興起的背景、制度異同、最新發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及各自面臨的問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn)。在對(duì)中美博士后培養(yǎng)事業(yè)充分對(duì)比分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出對(duì)進(jìn)一步健全和完善中國(guó)博士后培養(yǎng)制度的建議:根據(jù)博士后培養(yǎng)目的的變化和科學(xué)研究規(guī)律的不同,增強(qiáng)中國(guó)博士后制度的靈活性;明確博士后科研流動(dòng)站(或博士后科研工作站)、博士后合作導(dǎo)師和博士后研究人員三方之間的權(quán)利和義務(wù),強(qiáng)化當(dāng)事各方之間的協(xié)議約定。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the background of the rise of postdoctoral education in China and the United States, the similarities and differences of the system, the latest development situation and the problems and challenges they face. Based on the comparative analysis of postdoctoral training in China and the United States, this paper puts forward some suggestions for further perfecting and perfecting the postdoctoral training system in China: according to the change of postdoctoral training purpose and the different laws of scientific research, To strengthen the flexibility of China's postdoctoral system, to clarify the rights and obligations between postdoctoral research stations (or postdoctoral research workstations), postdoctoral cooperative mentors and postdoctoral researchers, and to strengthen the agreement between the parties concerned.
