【摘要】：培養(yǎng)研究生所構建的集專業(yè)能力、專業(yè)知識和專業(yè)素質結構為一體的,并且在實際操作中能夠使這種結構的培養(yǎng)模式有效運行,我們稱這樣的模式為"創(chuàng)新專業(yè)學位研究生培養(yǎng)模式"。該模式旨在解答"我們要培養(yǎng)什么樣的人才""如何去培養(yǎng)"的問題,這種培養(yǎng)人才的模式有效彌補了我國當代教育教學中所存在的不足,并且考慮了培養(yǎng)對象的特殊性,與"產學研究合作"模式相比較而言,更有利于為國家培養(yǎng)出更多高素質、高水平的應用型人才。
[Abstract]:The training of graduate students' professional ability, professional knowledge and professional quality structure is an integral whole, and in practical operation, the training model of this structure can run effectively. We call this model "innovative professional graduate training model." The purpose of this model is to answer the question of "what kind of talents we want to cultivate" and "how to cultivate talents". This mode of cultivating talents has effectively made up for the shortcomings existing in contemporary education and teaching in our country, and has considered the particularity of the training objects. Compared with the model of "cooperation of industry and science research", it is more advantageous to train more high quality and high level applied talents for our country.
