【摘要】：制約美國博士教育規(guī)模的主要因素是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、教育經(jīng)費、重大政治事件、科技革命、社會需求、高等教育結(jié)構(gòu)及人口數(shù)量等。我國博士教育規(guī)模與美國相比還有很大差距,所以"目前我國博士教育規(guī)模應(yīng)該零增長或低增長"的觀點是片面的。我國博士教育規(guī)模應(yīng)該繼續(xù)擴大,而不是停滯,這既是必要的,也是可能的。
[Abstract]:The main factors restricting the scale of American doctorate education are economic development, educational funds, major political events, scientific and technological revolution, social demand, structure of higher education and population. There is still a big gap between the scale of Chinese doctoral education and that of the United States, so the view that "at present, the scale of doctoral education in our country should increase at zero or at a low rate" is one-sided. It is both necessary and possible that the scale of doctoral education in China should continue to expand rather than stagnate.
