【摘要】：臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)研究生的導(dǎo)師主要來源于不同屬性的各大醫(yī)院,因此,臨床研究生的培養(yǎng)具有明顯的開放性特征。大學(xué)二級學(xué)院如何面對其現(xiàn)狀,采取有效的措施確保臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)研究生的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,本文在這方面進(jìn)行了探討。
[Abstract]:The tutors of clinical medical graduate students mainly come from various hospitals with different attributes, therefore, the cultivation of clinical graduate students has obvious open characteristics.How to face the present situation and take effective measures to ensure the quality of postgraduate training in clinical medicine is discussed in this paper.
