【摘要】：正紅深在人民日?qǐng)?bào)海外版(2011年12月24日)撰文說(shuō),近期,國(guó)內(nèi)一些高校清理超期未畢業(yè)博士生,引來(lái)眾人關(guān)注。有些超期泛濫現(xiàn)象讓人費(fèi)解,甚至有點(diǎn)可笑。超期博士生背后暴露出了一些學(xué)校在學(xué)位制度和學(xué)籍管理等方面的不完善。在研究生招生和培養(yǎng)中,導(dǎo)師制徒有虛名。有的導(dǎo)師帶博士生太多,顧不過(guò)來(lái),形成"導(dǎo)師不導(dǎo)"的現(xiàn)象,只是在搞某個(gè)項(xiàng)目時(shí)才想起帶學(xué)生,卻又異化成一種老板與員工的關(guān)系。這樣的研究生培養(yǎng)方式顯然沒(méi)有堅(jiān)持學(xué)
[Abstract]:Writing in People's Daily's overseas edition (December 24th 2011), Zheng Hongshen said: recently, some colleges and universities in China have cleaned up late ungraduated doctoral students, drawing attention from the public. Some of these overruns are puzzling. It is even a little ridiculous. Behind the extended doctoral program, some schools have exposed the imperfections in the aspects of degree system and student status management. In graduate enrollment and training, the tutorial system is in vain. Some tutors have too many doctoral students to attend to. "tutors do not guide" phenomenon, only in a project when thinking of taking students, but also alienation into a boss and staff relationship.
