【摘要】： 研究生教育屬于國民教育系列中最高層次的教育,肩負著為國家現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才的重任,其質(zhì)量的好壞不僅反映高等教育水平的高低,而且還關(guān)系到民族與國家的前途和命運問題。但是以往的研究生教育往往偏重于專業(yè)知識的傳授,而忽視人文精神的培養(yǎng)。為了提高研究生的綜合素質(zhì),為社會輸送具有創(chuàng)新能力的高層次人才,在對研究生傳授科學(xué)知識的同時,必須加強其人文精神的培養(yǎng)。 本論文通過對人文精神的內(nèi)涵及其歷史演進的考察,歸納出人文精神的時代內(nèi)涵,并結(jié)合社會發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出當代研究生應(yīng)具有的人文精神,即具有完整的知識結(jié)構(gòu)、崇高的理想、堅定的信念和正確的價值觀,具有科學(xué)精神和健全的心理;加強研究生人文精神培育不僅對個人全面發(fā)展和社會和諧發(fā)展具有十分的重要意義,也是在當前功利主義、科技主義盛行的時代背景下教育自身發(fā)展的必然趨勢;分析了研究生人文精神缺失的現(xiàn)狀與原因:研究生人文精神缺失主要表現(xiàn)在理想信仰不同程度缺失、道德觀念有些弱化、個人主義突顯、人文知識有所欠缺、創(chuàng)新能力不足、心理素質(zhì)存在缺陷等方面,產(chǎn)生這些問題既有歷史的原因,也有現(xiàn)實的原因。在分析原因的基礎(chǔ)上,論文最后提出了加強研究生人文精神教育一些具體措施和建議:轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,堅持全面發(fā)展的培養(yǎng)目標,樹立以人為本的教育理念;改革課程體系和教學(xué)方法,加強人文課程的學(xué)習(xí),重視科學(xué)課程的人文價值,同時重視隱性課程的陶冶價值,喚醒學(xué)生的人文意識;發(fā)揮研究生的主體能動性,促進人文精神的內(nèi)化;提高教師的人文素養(yǎng)有利于實施人文教育;建立相應(yīng)的教育管理體制與運行機制,通過制度創(chuàng)新和管理創(chuàng)新,推動人文教育的實施;優(yōu)化社會環(huán)境和提高家庭親和力,為人文精神的培育構(gòu)建良好外部環(huán)境。研究生教育應(yīng)與時俱進,適應(yīng)新時代的發(fā)展,只有不斷強化對研究生人文精神的教育,才能為社會培養(yǎng)出具有較高綜合素質(zhì)的合格人才。
[Abstract]:Graduate education is the highest level of education in the national education series, shouldering the task of cultivating high-quality talents for national modernization construction, its quality not only reflects the level of higher education, but also related to the nation and the country's future and destiny. But previous graduate education emphasis on imparting professional knowledge, but ignore the cultivation of humane spirit. In order to improve the comprehensive quality of students, high quality talents with innovative ability for the society, in the graduate teaching of scientific knowledge and cultivate humanistic spirit must be strengthened.
This paper through the investigation on the connotation of humanistic spirit and its historical evolution, summed up the connotation of humanistic spirit, combined with the current situation of social development, the contemporary graduate should have the humanistic spirit, which has complete knowledge structure, lofty ideals, faith and correct values, with scientific spirit and sound psychology; strengthen postgraduate cultivation of humanistic spirit not only is of great importance to individual all-round development and harmonious development of the society, but also in the current trend of utilitarianism, technology prevails under the background of the development of education; analyzes the present situation and reasons of the lack of humanistic spirit: graduate graduate students lack of humanistic spirit is mainly embodied in the ideal faith the different degree of lack of moral values, some weakening, individualism highlighted, lack of humanistic knowledge, innovation ability, psychological quality defects Hand, both historical reasons of these problems, there are also practical reasons. Based on the analysis of the reasons, finally put forward to strengthen the education of humanistic spirit of some specific measures and suggestions: changing ideas, adhere to the training objectives of comprehensive development, establish people-oriented philosophy of education; reform the curriculum system and teaching methods to strengthen the humanities courses, learning, pay attention to the humanistic value of science curriculum, and pay attention to cultivate the hidden curriculum value, arouse students' humanistic consciousness; initiative of graduate students, promote the humanistic spirit in; improving the humanistic quality of teachers is conducive to the implementation of humanistic education; establishing the corresponding educational management system and operation mechanism. Through system innovation and management innovation, promote the implementation of humanistic education; optimizing the social environment and improve the family affinity, fostering the humanistic spirit of building a good external environment. Postgraduate education should keep pace with the times and adapt to the development of the new era. Only by constantly strengthening the education of Postgraduates' humanistic spirit, can we cultivate qualified talents with high comprehensive quality for the society.
