【摘要】:隨著建設(shè)世界一流大學(xué)這一宏偉目標(biāo)的提出,我國(guó)研究型大學(xué)的發(fā)展備受關(guān)注,政府通過(guò)“211工程”、“985工程”等重點(diǎn)投入政策,在研究型大學(xué)的建設(shè)方面取得了突出成果。但是,政府與研究型大學(xué)往往在關(guān)注科研的同時(shí),有意或無(wú)意地忽視了本科教育質(zhì)量的提高。就連擁有世界一流研究型大學(xué)的美國(guó),其研究生教育給各國(guó)大學(xué)樹(shù)立了成功的典范,但其本科生教育卻存在很多不足。所以,本科教育與研究生教育的定位問(wèn)題則是我國(guó)研究型大學(xué)建設(shè)過(guò)程中首先要面對(duì)的重大挑戰(zhàn)。 力爭(zhēng)卓越、爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)一流,不僅是時(shí)代所賦予研究型大學(xué)的歷史使命,更是其自身發(fā)展的內(nèi)在訴求。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)研究型大學(xué)本科教育與研究生教育的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,本文采用了歷史研究法、比較研究法、文獻(xiàn)法等研究方法,探索了研究型大學(xué)的研究生教育與本科教育的本質(zhì)和差異,分析了我國(guó)目前研究型大學(xué)本科教育與研究生教育的定位中存在的問(wèn)題,探討了符合我國(guó)國(guó)情和校情的研究型大學(xué)本科教育與研究生的科學(xué)定位。最后通過(guò)反思與思考,論述了我國(guó)研究型大學(xué)本科教育與研究生教育的辯證統(tǒng)一,為研究型大學(xué)的快速穩(wěn)步發(fā)展提供了相應(yīng)的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of the grand goal of constructing the world's first-class universities, the development of the research universities in China has attracted much attention. The government has adopted the key investment policies such as "211 Project", "985 Project" and so on. Great achievements have been made in the construction of research universities. However, the government and research universities often pay attention to scientific research at the same time. The improvement of the quality of undergraduate education has been neglected intentionally or unintentionally. Even in the United States, which has a world-class research university, its graduate education has set a successful example for universities in various countries. However, there are many deficiencies in undergraduate education, so the orientation of undergraduate education and graduate education is the first major challenge in the construction of research universities in China. Striving for excellence and striving for the first class is not only the historical mission of the research university given by the times, but also the inherent demand of its own development. In order to realize the harmonious development of undergraduate education and graduate education in the research university. This paper explores the essence and difference between graduate education and undergraduate education in research universities by using the methods of historical research, comparative research and literature research. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the orientation of undergraduate and graduate education in research universities in China. This paper probes into the scientific orientation of undergraduate education and graduate students in research universities in accordance with our national conditions and school conditions. Finally, through reflection and reflection, the dialectical unity of undergraduate education and graduate education in research universities in China is discussed. It provides a theoretical basis for the rapid and steady development of research universities.
