【摘要】：本研究從結(jié)構(gòu)性質(zhì)量、過(guò)程性質(zhì)量、結(jié)果性質(zhì)量三個(gè)維度來(lái)建構(gòu)幼兒園評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,采用項(xiàng)目分析、探索性因素分析和驗(yàn)證性因素分析對(duì)幼兒園保教質(zhì)量評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系開(kāi)展了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化檢驗(yàn),分析了保教質(zhì)量評(píng)估指標(biāo)重要性程度問(wèn)卷的信度和效度,采用了主成分分析法計(jì)算了保教質(zhì)量評(píng)估指標(biāo)的權(quán)重。結(jié)果表明:幼兒園保教質(zhì)量可以劃分為三個(gè)維度:結(jié)構(gòu)性質(zhì)量、過(guò)程性質(zhì)量、結(jié)果性質(zhì)量;研究所使用問(wèn)卷的內(nèi)部一致性信度、分半信度、重測(cè)信度、結(jié)構(gòu)效度均較好,結(jié)構(gòu)性指標(biāo)、過(guò)程性指標(biāo)、結(jié)果性指標(biāo)的權(quán)重系數(shù)分別為0.14、0.61、0.25,過(guò)程性指標(biāo)的權(quán)重系數(shù)相對(duì)更大。
[Abstract]:This study constructs the evaluation index system of kindergarten from three dimensions: structural quality, process quality and resultant quality, and adopts project analysis. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis carried out a standardized test on the evaluation index system of nursery care quality, and analyzed the reliability and validity of the questionnaire on the importance of the evaluation index. The principal component analysis method is used to calculate the weight of the quality evaluation index. The results show that: kindergarten care quality can be divided into three dimensions: structural quality, process quality, resultant quality; The internal consistency reliability, split-half reliability, test-retest reliability and structural validity of the questionnaire were all good. The weight coefficients of the structural index and the process index were 0.140.61 and 0.25, respectively. The weight coefficient of the process index is relatively large.
