【摘要】：長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),日本社會(huì)關(guān)于幼兒園和保育所的二元制運(yùn)行機(jī)制進(jìn)行著多次的改革,為了改變幼兒園和保育所的分立狀況,近年來(lái)日本政府推行了具體的措施,確立和實(shí)施了"認(rèn)定兒童園"制度,這是日本幼兒教育歷史上的一項(xiàng)重要的制度變革。"認(rèn)定兒童園"制度由政府主導(dǎo),切實(shí)加強(qiáng)了"幼保一元化"的改革進(jìn)程。然而,"認(rèn)定兒童園"制度的實(shí)施需要對(duì)人、財(cái)、物等方面進(jìn)行處理,涉及多方面問(wèn)題,但目的是為了使兒童教育機(jī)會(huì)均等。
[Abstract]:For a long time, Japanese society has carried out many reforms on the dual operating mechanism of kindergartens and nurseries. In order to change the separation of kindergartens and nurseries, the Japanese government has implemented concrete measures in recent years. The establishment and implementation of the "Children's Park" system is an important institutional change in the history of early childhood education in Japan. The system of children's garden is dominated by the government, and the reform process of "the unification of child protection" has been strengthened. However, the implementation of the "cognizance Children's Park" system needs to deal with human, financial, material and other aspects, involving many problems, but the purpose is to equalize the educational opportunities of children.
