【摘要】："師徒結(jié)對"是促進(jìn)新教師專業(yè)成長的有效途徑。隨著新課程改革的不斷深入,"師徒結(jié)對"必須不斷創(chuàng)新形式,變"一師一徒"為"一師多徒""一徒多師",做到重實(shí)效、重效率、重發(fā)展、重創(chuàng)新,挖掘其更深的內(nèi)涵,發(fā)揮其更大的效能。
[Abstract]:"Teacher and apprenticeship joint" is an effective way to promote the professional growth of new teachers. With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform, "teacher and apprenticeship joint" must be constantly innovated, changing "one teacher and one apprentice" as "one teacher and many apprentice", "an apprentice and a lot of teachers", so as to be effective, efficient, heavy development, heavy innovation, excavate its deeper connotation and play its greater effectiveness.
