【摘要】:熱身環(huán)節(jié)是幼兒體育教育活動必不可少的一部分,直接影響體育活動的質(zhì)量和效果。但當(dāng)前熱身環(huán)節(jié)的現(xiàn)狀差強(qiáng)人意:活動內(nèi)容欠缺針對性,活動形式單一,教師欠缺引導(dǎo)性等問題亟待解決。針對存在的問題,可以嘗試借助凸顯熱身環(huán)節(jié)內(nèi)容的針對性,整合活動形式的固定性和變換性,研制以"級"為單位的熱身方案,引進(jìn)男幼兒體育教師等策略提高熱身環(huán)節(jié)的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Warm-up is an essential part of children's physical education activities, which directly affects the quality and effect of sports activities. However, the current situation of warm-up is unsatisfactory: lack of pertinence of activity content, single form of activity, lack of guidance by teachers and so on. In view of the existing problems, we can try to develop a warm-up program based on "grade" by highlighting the pertinence of the content of the warm-up link and integrating the fixed and changeable nature of the activity form. The introduction of male child sports teachers and other strategies to improve the quality of warm-up links.
