【摘要】：幼兒師資質(zhì)量已經(jīng)成為制約我國西部農(nóng)村學前教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展的瓶頸。改革幼兒教師招生制度、完善引入機制、實施聘任制、建立合理的流動機制是保障西部農(nóng)村幼兒教師供給,穩(wěn)定農(nóng)村幼兒教師隊伍的關鍵。
[Abstract]:The quality of preschool teachers has become a bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of preschool education in rural areas of western China.Reforming the enrollment system of preschool teachers, perfecting the introduction mechanism, implementing the employment system, and establishing a reasonable flow mechanism are the keys to ensure the supply of preschool teachers in the western rural areas and to stabilize the ranks of rural preschool teachers.
