【摘要】: 隨著國家經(jīng)濟(jì)水平和教育水平的日益提高,幼兒教育的發(fā)展進(jìn)入了新階段,社會(huì)對(duì)幼兒園辦園質(zhì)量和發(fā)展水平的要求也越來越高。示范性幼兒園,作為幼兒園中的優(yōu)秀代表,其發(fā)展受到更多關(guān)注。示范性幼兒園在貫徹學(xué)前教育法規(guī)精神,開展保育教育工作,進(jìn)行科學(xué)研究實(shí)驗(yàn)等方面發(fā)揮著骨干、中心、示范輻射和引領(lǐng)指導(dǎo)的作用。對(duì)于帶動(dòng)區(qū)域幼兒教育的整體發(fā)展發(fā)揮了不可替代的作用。 1991年,湖南省教育委員會(huì)根據(jù)國家有關(guān)文件精神,頒布了《湖南省示范性幼兒園標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(試行)》,啟動(dòng)了湖南省示范性幼兒園建設(shè)。1994年,湖南省認(rèn)定11所幼兒園為省級(jí)示范性幼兒園。到2006年,,全省有40所幼兒園被認(rèn)定為省級(jí)示范園。在示范性幼兒園建設(shè)和發(fā)展過程中,形成了一套評(píng)估制度和評(píng)估體系,有力保障了示范性幼兒園的評(píng)估和建設(shè)。 示范性幼兒園的責(zé)任和義務(wù)是將自身的優(yōu)秀成果和先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)示范給其他幼兒園。本文在研究中將示范幼兒園的示范內(nèi)容和形式劃分為五個(gè)方面:自覺落實(shí)幼兒教育法規(guī),轉(zhuǎn)變教師觀念;加強(qiáng)幼兒園教師專業(yè)發(fā)展和教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè);開展教育教學(xué)科研;綜合利用各種教育資源;幫助薄弱幼兒園。在研究方法上,整體上從這五個(gè)方面分析湖南省示范幼兒園示范作用發(fā)揮情況和示范作用效果,同時(shí)選擇了一所示范幼兒園示范作用發(fā)揮情況作個(gè)案分析,以更全面地反映了湖南省示范幼兒園示范作用發(fā)揮的現(xiàn)狀。在以上事實(shí)和分析的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)出制約示范作用發(fā)揮的因素以及進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)示范作用發(fā)揮的對(duì)策
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy and education, the development of preschool education has entered a new stage. Its development has attracted more attention. Model kindergartens play a key role in implementing the spirit of pre-school education, carrying out conservation education, conducting scientific research and experiments, etc. The role of demonstration radiation and guidance has played an irreplaceable role in driving the overall development of early childhood education in the region. In 1991, in accordance with the spirit of relevant national documents, the Hunan Provincial Education Commission promulgated the Model Kindergarten Standards of Hunan Province (for trial implementation) and started the construction of model kindergartens in Hunan Province. Hunan Province recognizes 11 kindergartens as provincial model kindergartens. By 2006, 40 kindergartens in the province were recognized as provincial demonstration gardens. In the course of the construction and development of model kindergartens, a set of evaluation system and evaluation system were formed. It can guarantee the evaluation and construction of the model kindergarten. The responsibility and obligation of model kindergartens is to demonstrate their outstanding achievements and advanced experiences to other kindergartens. In this paper, the demonstration contents and forms of model kindergartens are divided into five aspects: consciously implementing the laws and regulations on early childhood education, Changing teachers' concept; strengthening professional development of kindergarten teachers and construction of teachers' team; carrying out educational teaching and scientific research; comprehensive utilization of all kinds of educational resources; helping weak kindergartens; On the whole, it analyzes the demonstration effect and the demonstration effect of the demonstration kindergarten in Hunan Province from these five aspects. At the same time, it chooses a demonstration kindergarten to play its role as a case study. On the basis of the above facts and analysis, the factors restricting the demonstration function and the countermeasures to further promote the demonstration function are summarized.
