【摘要】:本文以幼兒園班級(jí)規(guī)則實(shí)施過(guò)程為切入點(diǎn),以班級(jí)規(guī)則事件的基本部件即規(guī)則的導(dǎo)入、執(zhí)行、修復(fù)為觀察維度,認(rèn)為規(guī)則的導(dǎo)入方式以明確命令要求與違規(guī)行為為主;規(guī)則執(zhí)行中預(yù)警性提醒是教師選用頻次最高的方式;規(guī)則修復(fù)方式中直接暴露是最常用的方式而合作解決最少使用。
[Abstract]:This article regards the process of implementing the kindergarten class rules as the breakthrough point, taking the introduction, execution and repair of the rules as the basic component of the class rule events as the observation dimension, and thinks that the main way of the rules introduction is the clear command requirement and the illegal behavior; Warning warning is the most frequent way for teachers to choose rules, and direct exposure is the most commonly used way to solve the problem.
