教師素質視角下的學前體育教育專業(yè)課程設置研究

【摘要】:幼兒體育教師作為教師專業(yè)化隊伍的新鮮血液承擔著新的社會使命,構建合理、有效、符合市場規(guī)律的學前體育教育專業(yè)課程對幼兒體育人才的培養(yǎng)至關重要。該研究通過對幼兒園園長、幼兒體育教育專家等進行訪談,對新時期幼兒體育教師素質構建進行探討,提出學前體育教育專業(yè)課程設置應在幼兒園體育教師的素質結構動態(tài)發(fā)展下進行合理構建,增強專業(yè)課程統(tǒng)籌性、增加教師核心素質課程設置、注重實踐教學的過程管理等。
[Abstract]:As the fresh blood of teachers' professional team, preschool physical education teachers undertake new social mission, construct reasonable and effective, The curriculum of preschool physical education in accordance with the market law is of great importance to the training of young children's sports talents. This study discusses the quality construction of preschool physical education teachers in the new period through interviews with kindergarten directors and specialists in early childhood physical education. It is suggested that the curriculum of pre-school physical education should be rationally constructed under the dynamic development of kindergarten physical education teachers' quality structure, enhance the overall planning of professional courses, increase the curriculum setting of teachers' core qualities, and pay attention to the process management of practical teaching and so on.
