通過課外自主閱讀提高高中生英語閱讀能力的個案研究

在外語學習中,閱讀能力既是語言能力的一個重要方面,也是語言學習的有效手段。盡管閱讀的重要性已經(jīng)得到了廣泛的認可,但學生的英語閱讀實踐中仍存在許多問題,例如缺乏閱讀興趣,閱讀能力不足,閱讀效率低下等。因此,學生閱讀能力的發(fā)展仍然不樂觀。為了改善高中生英語閱讀的現(xiàn)狀,我們不僅應依靠課堂上有限的閱讀材料的輸入,而且還需在課外進行廣泛的閱讀實踐。因此,利用英語課外閱讀來提高學生的閱讀興趣和能力的有效性是一個值得研究的問題。本文將英語課外閱讀運用到高中生的閱讀學習中,主要目的在于探討課外閱讀對高中生英語閱讀學習的影響。研究首先選取了蕪湖市F中學高一年級一個班的學生為研究對象探究目前英語課外閱讀的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。隨后從學校中選取六位學生(高、中、低英語水平各兩名)作為個案研究的對象,進行了課外自主閱讀實驗。本研究試圖回答以下三個問題:(1)目前高中英語課外閱讀現(xiàn)狀如何?(2)英語自主課外閱讀對提高學生的英語閱讀能力是否有積極作用?(3)自主課外閱讀對不同英語水平學生的閱讀素養(yǎng)是否有不同的影響?課外閱讀實驗研究持續(xù)了 12周。在研究期間,四種工具被使用:問卷調(diào)查,訪談,閱讀測試和跟蹤觀察。實驗結束后,利用...
