【摘要】：目的　探討影響廣州市中學(xué)生吸煙的因素 ,為預(yù)防和控制中學(xué)生吸煙提供科學(xué)的理論依據(jù)。方法　隨機(jī)抽取廣州市 6所中學(xué)在校學(xué)生 ,作吸煙情況及相關(guān)問題的問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果　中學(xué)生總的吸煙率為 5.31 % ,其中男生為 9.0 6 % (2 4 0 / 2 650 ) ,女生為 1 .30 % (32 / 24 68) ,男女生之間吸煙率的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義 (P 0 .0 5)。初中生總吸煙率為 5 .83 % (1 79/ 3 0 69) ,且隨著年級的增高 ,其吸煙率逐漸上升 ;高中生總吸煙率為 4 .54 % (9./ 2 0 4 9) ,且隨著年級的增高 ,其吸煙率也逐漸上升。開始吸煙的原因主要是好玩、好奇和閑得無聊以及消除緊張 ;中學(xué)生吸煙主要受社會(huì)、家庭、環(huán)境等的影響。經(jīng)多因素Logistic分析 ,認(rèn)為吸煙能幫助思考和集中精神、能使人放松、是個(gè)人自由等是吸煙的危險(xiǎn)因素 ;而認(rèn)為吸煙對學(xué)習(xí)不利、是浪費(fèi)錢財(cái)及有害健康是吸煙的保護(hù)因素。結(jié)論　廣州市中學(xué)生吸煙率不高 ,但初中生吸煙率高于高中學(xué)生 ,初中生開始吸煙的平均年齡早于高中生 ,提示控?zé)煈?yīng)從低齡做起。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the factors that affect the smoking of middle school students in Guangzhou, and to provide a scientific basis for preventing and controlling the smoking of middle school students. Methods The students of 6 secondary schools in Guangzhou were randomly selected to investigate the smoking status and related problems. Results The total smoking rate of the middle school students was 5.31%, of which, the male was 9.0 6% (24 0/2 650), the female was 1.30% (32/24 68), and the smoking rate among the male and female students was statistically significant (P 0.05). The total smoking rate of the middle school students was 5.83% (1 79/30 69), and the smoking rate of the high school students increased gradually with the increase of the grade, and the total smoking rate of the high school students was 4.54% (9. /24 9), and with the increase of grade, the smoking rate was also increasing. The main reason for the start of smoking is to be fun, curious and idle and to eliminate tension; middle school students' smoking is mainly affected by the social, family, environment, and so on. Based on the multi-factor logistic analysis, it is considered that smoking can help to think and concentrate the spirit, can relax the person, is the personal freedom and so on is the risk factor of the smoking, and think that the smoking is harmful to the study, is the waste of money and the harmful health is the protective factor of the smoking. Conclusion The smoking rate of middle school students in Guangzhou is not high, but the smoking rate of middle school students is higher than that of high school students. The average age of smoking in junior middle school students is higher than that of high school students.
